My company required we use CVS for prescriptions. We had Walmart and Walgreens previously. There has been far more prescription issues with CVS than Walmart or Walgreens. CVS does not want to do their job. Any issue and they just drop it until you call. Then they begrudgingly follow up. Frequently out of stock. Not very friendly either. Wish we could go back to Walgreens.

Absolutely love this CVS. Never had a problem. Always friendly and super helpful. Pharmacist took the time to talk with me about my medication and I really appreciated that..

I literally work full time in a pharmacy (not CVS) and have always been a fan. I recently stitched to this location and have had nothing but really kind pharmacy staff as well as store staff. Okay one grumpy Gus but ? who cares. So all of you whining....go work IN a pharmacy! Work in the medical field in general! You would be much more appreciative of those that are doing the best to help you. Take your attitude somewhere else ...just not to me!Where I work has lines for sometimes an hour, short staffed, literal brawls and is often dangerous. Mind yourself ppl.CVS is a breath of fresh air to me!

If you want good customer service and to pick up prescriptions in a timely matter this place is not it. Every single month, my rx is never on time. I even call ahead of time to ask if it’s ready and they’ll tell me yes, I’ll drive all the way there, then they’ll tell me I can’t get it for a few more days. I’ll wait a few days and come back, still not ready and I’m told it’ll be a 30 minute wait. I would be more understanding if this only happened once or twice, but it’s been multiple times a month for the past year. Today I finally confronted them about my frustrations very politely and the pharmacy tech shut the window in my face while I was still talking. She was very disrespectful and was laughing at me. I was in awe, I was just trying to figure out why my prescriptions are never ready on time when I’m told that they are. I’m not a confrontational person and I’ve worked in customer service before, so I was not attacking her in anyway at all. I’ve also had to go back multiple times so the pharmacist could get my prescription right, she’s at least been nice and apologetic, but the pharmacy techs clearly need some customer service training and to treat their patients like human beings. Imagine if I needed my medication to live? It’s rediculous. This place needs to do better. I may just have to start driving out of the way and switch to Walgreens.

The two gentlemen working went above and beyond to make sure my printed photos were perfect. Will definitely get all my prints from here in the future.

After years of using Walgreen's and HyVee pharmacies, our new insurance made us change to CVS... and I could not be happier. Our location is wonderful to work with and so helpful!! The website is amazing for reviewing and refilling prescriptions with the costs right on the page, so there are no surprises.

Don't expect the pharmacy to go out of their way for you. They're only interested in doing the bare minimum and clearly not interested in others well being. Find a different location or pharmacy. Customer service will be guaranteed better.

My entire adult life has been in customer service. I understand excellent customer service. The CVS Pharmacy on U Street in Omaha does not have excellent customer service. Certainly they didn't today, anyway.I called in a prescription this morning and was told it would be ready by 2:00. When I showed up at 5:30, the tech at the drive-though acted confused and said she did not have my script. The bearded guy -- maybe a manager -- came to the window and said my script was not filled because I transferred my prescription to mail-order! Yes, I was aware of that (because I did it), but I needed a med bridge to cover me while the mail order is processed. That's the entire reason I requested ten pills in the first place! But why is transferring a script to another entity relevant to getting ten pills so I don't miss my medication? I don't know; I was not provided with that information. It seems employees are willing to compromise the safety of their customers so they don't have to do extra work. The bearded fellow said he would fax the information to my physician, but if I wanted it this weekend, I would have to reach the on-call doctor myself.Yet I only needed about ten pills to get me to the point when the mail order pills arrive. That's why I called this morning! Why wasn't I told the script could not be filled rather than wasting gas, money, and time to pick a script that could not be provided? But there's more. CVS *would* sell me ten pills on a per pill basis, but the ten pills would cost over $70.00, despite getting a 90-day supply for over a year for less than $3.00 (through insurance), this is the higher price I would be required to pay if I wanted the pills today. So whatever rule prevented me from obtaining ten pills *could* be broken, but only if I am willing to pay $10.00 or more per pill rather than 0.033 cents per pill I've paid in the last year. That would be easier to explain, but that may be the least of it. The bigger explanation (I have to believe) is CVS is part of an industry (yes, CVS is not the only one) in which the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Tedious, bureaucratic, bloated processes which *employees* don't even understand, let alone be able to explain them to customers. Now maybe there's a perfectly plausible explanation for such ridiculousness, but it was never explained to me. Memo to CVS executives, either hire better, more effective communicators, or simplify your processes so the lesser qualified people you hire are better able to deliver appropriate results to customers. If you were selling widgets, that's one thing. But you are in a business in which your customer's health depends on your attentiveness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Figure it out!

I would usually select Walgreen's for pharmacy needs, however CVS Pharmacy does provide additional coupons more so than Walgreen's. I was able to use a five dollar off coupon without any issues today, found online. The store is clean, there is plenty of available parking spots, and the aisles are well-labeled with overhead signs. Finding an open cashier or selecting self-service were options. Service was quick and efficient. The card selections are a bit better at CVS than Walgreen's, in my opinion. Overall a good visit but the downside is there are more available Walgreen's locations than CVS in this area.

Would be nice if they knew how to update their hours on Google . Also, pharmacy is extremely rude. 0/5.

Awful Service. Shop at Walgreens or HyVee.Originally, this CVS was actively trying to compete for customers with Walgreens & HyVee.In the last few years, this location has been whittled down to a skeleton crew consisting of ~ 2 staff, who are understandably non-enthused to be running a store by themselves.Just tonight, I had to yell multiple times across the empty store for service before anyone responded. When I confronted the manager on why he had left the store's inventory & security under the supervision of one employee who had left the registers, he blamed his employee, shrugged, and said he can't get staff to stick. This is not a one-off but a regular occurrence. As other reviewers have stated, maybe the staff are good people. However, there is no reason to patronize an unnecessary pharmacy, especially when there are two appropriately staffed ones within a mile.Try HyVee or Walgreens, as they are better run.

We live an hour outside of town. This is the closest pharmacy for us, besides for the small pharmacy in our town. They usually don’t have the one script I get, so we ended up going to cvs. I’ve been a Walgreens girl my entire life and I will continue being so after the last year with this pharmacy… I have had countless times where I go to pick up and it’s not ready, or staff treats you like you’re such a nuisance. They had some issues with their roof. The pharmacy stayed open. Instead of calling people and letting them know their scripts weren’t going to be ready any time soon (3 days or more), they just went along with their day and then shut off their phones lol. Pathetic. Will never, ever come back.
