The whole CVS online system is terrible. I routinely get notifications that my pills are ready for pick up only to find out that not only are my pills not ready, they won't even have them in stock for another day.

I got here for an appointment at 3:40 with the minute clinic. They were closed for “lunch” even tho their lunch hours are 1:30-2:30 and I had an appointment. Waited for 45 minutes and didnt get helped.

a old woman work here, but she is very disrespectful and very rude and behaving wild with people I just said could you please treat us not like rude this is an important part which is customer service but she is very rude she is old and rejected.

Too difficult to get the advertised pricing and the staff was as useless as a person could get for a confused customer. No reason to shop here any further.

I was treated very well and friendly. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and knew what I needed and made sure I got all the information I needed. Thank her for me.

Store was pretty dirty, lots of empty shelves and general disorder. Came in for minute clinic. Wasn’t seen until 20 minutes after my appointment, but the woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. And she was the only one there, so the wait wasn’t really her fault.

Went into CVS with my mom to pick up a few items . Linda the (the older white lady with the glasses) at the front desk was watching us in the store making us feel uncomfortable. When we finally checked out, my mom used her digital coupons and paper one she got from paying for her medication at pharmacy. An issues occurred at the self check out so Linda had us check out with her . She was trying to go through my mom’s bag she got from pharmacy and my mom told her, “that was already paid for” . Linda proceeded to tell her don’t get too excited. When I asked to speak to the manager and her name she said my name is Linda what is your name. She then told us there was no manager and there is no one we can speak to. Her and my mom had a few words between each other. We left the store and I called to speak to a manager . Linda answered the phone told me no there wasn’t one again and told me to hold on. That’s when she hung the phone up on me. I have never had a bad experience with this CVS. She is very unprofessional.

Honestly they were good when I first moved here but now it’s horrible. Never seems to be a person at the front counter. Also the machines don’t work right for self check out. When I tried to get the front counter attention, it took me 3xs to say excuse me I need help. For her to turn around and look at me.

Pharmacy is horrible. Store customer service is horrible. DO NOT order pics here. Printer never working. Stay away!

The old short haired cashier lady was very offensive and racist. She does not respect people of color, looks down on them and makes faces. She argued, made face and was very offensive when one of the items was returned in the receipt. CVS, it’s time you took this issue up. I am never stepping inside this one as long as she is the cashier.

The older white women with short hair and glasses (who is almost always the only cashier here) is so rude and unpleasant. She is clearly racist and always has a bad attitude towards people of color. Not shocked there's another bad review on her.
