I've always had a good experience here. I've mostly talked to Vladimir who is kind and professional. They are always quick to fill my prescription. This is a way better experience then I've had at other pharmacies.

Catherine and Vladimir have shown unprofessional attidtudes towards patience including nyaelf today. Catherine had made a note wednesday the 19th stating I was rude and to refuse service because i asked clarifying questions about my medication.
I got a voicemail from Vladimir this morning saying he is canceling my medication and assumes i can go to another location
He refuses me service off of hear say from Catherine the day previous due to me asking what her name was and asking clarifying questions! I was labeled as rude and to refuse service to me becuase I asked CLARIFYING QUESTIONS ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH MEDICATIONS.
I have a recorded conversation today with vladmir where he states he I havent took generic medication making assumptions about my past and current experiences. and assumed the ones he had to offer were not the brand he said over the phone. His co worker katie was able to order my specific brand of medication i have a voicemail where she asked to proceed ordering the brand i needed. Profits over the patient's needs Vladmir (manager) refuses to order the brand of medication I need to function in his words becuase hes got to get rid of what is in stock.
Ultimatley was never treated with such disrespectful behavior by health care professionals untill i spoke with Catherine 2-19-2025 she claimed i was rude because i asked questions about my brand of medication and then asked her name if
There are cameras you can see my demeanor i wasnt near rude or vulgar nor disrespecrful. I wasnt asked to leave or escorted it was Catherine negative judgment and poor additude and unprofessionalism. She couldnt answer my questions so I was labeled as rude!!! And refused service ultimately.
Vladimir claims he cant special order med if it effects his profits and inventory the opposite of the voicemail i received from katie. I was 100 percent discriminated against for the color of my skin at CVS target 132nd maple leaving me without needed daily medication.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. A constant revolving door of different employees. None of which know how to or have any interest in performing their jobs or providing any semblance of customer service. Repeatedly failed to fill my prescription and caused missed doses. When I tried to transfer my prescription out of this store they cancelled all my refills and now I cannot refill my prescription yet again. When I called to sort this out I was given attitude by an unprofessional employee who blamed me for the problem and accused me of trying to scam my prescription.

The pharmacy staff, especially the lead pharmacist have done everything within their power to be helpful in my time sensitive needs during times they were short staffed. I was so grateful for their personal help and attention of my problems. Helpful with good attitudes.

Have strep throat and waiting pharmacy to fill my prescription they r now saying they r closed when it is only 5p and they close at 6p I can't go back to work until I start my antibiotics 0/10 can't get ahold of anyone cuz it's the weekend and am in pain and can't get any help until I get my antibiotics.

Usually the best pharmacy I've came in contact with but today Xmas Eve and I called made sure they had my scripts and verified there hrs and I was told 4pm I pulled into the parking lot at 3:40pm got parked nd in the store no later then 3:45 and as I'm standing there they closed the metal doors on me and said they r closing 15 mins early which is fine if when I called they would have told me 345 I wouldn't have 1 thing bad to say but when I'm told 4 I shoulda been able to get there any time b4 4 and b able to get my much needed medication beings it's the holidays and my anxiety is going to b thru the roof now and hopefully it doesn't kill me cuz that would b a horrible holiday for my family so hopefully I'm here come Monday guys thanks I really appreciate it merry Xmas t all

Do not go here. I've never had such an unprofessional pharmacy experience in my life. I had my wisdom teeth removed and had 3 prescriptions sent to this CVS on 10/18/22. When I got there 4 hours after my surgery, they told me that I was prescribed Percocet and a prescription mouthwash, but they were out of stock on the painkiller. When I called my dentist to transfer the prescription, my dentist informed me I should have an antibiotic, hydrocodone/Tylenol, and the prescription mouthwash. I asked the pharmacist if they had an antibiotic for me, and she told me they didn't. And, I wasn't prescribed Percocet at all. I told my dentist to transfer everything except the mouthwash to a different location. Then, the pharmacist or tech gave me the antibiotics she originally told me she didn't have a prescription for (which complicated my pickup at the other pharmacy since I had it transferred there) and didn't give me any time to ask questions and she didn't even go over what I had been given. Absolutely horrible experience, and she clearly didn't understand or care about the importance of her job.

Avoid this CVS at all costs. I’ve had several issues with terrible customer service, I literally had one of the employees yell at me for using GoodRX, but today was the worst of it all.I had surgery and needed to pick up my pain medication. I showed up at 7:59 (they close at 8) and the girl was standing behind the counter on her phone. I waited a moment to see if she would ask me if I needed help. After a moment passed, I said hi excuse me I just need to pick up a prescription. She said “oh it’s 8 we’re closed now” … I said I just had surgery and really need my pain medication. She told me to come back at 9am. My next dose for my medication has to be taken at 1am and again at 7am … I am now having to miss TWO doses of medication after an extremely painful surgery all because she didn’t want to take a moment to help me. I showed up before close. I should’ve been able to get my medication.I’m so frustrated. I’ve given this location so many chances, like I said even after terrible customer service experiences, but after one of the worst weeks of my life and the most painful surgery I’ve ever had, she couldn’t have a little compassion and take 2 minutes to hand me a prescription that’s already been filled and ready to go.Do better CVS …
