Had them do a tune up and replace rear brake, had my wife pick up bike and she did not check it over but when she got it home bike had an 30 error code. It was too late to take back that day so we waited till Saturday to take in and was told what do you want to do. Absolutely no customer service and was told they think the shop down the street worked on my brand. Wouldn't recommend.

My wife and I purchased two bikes from CycleZoo E-Bikes. After looking and going to many bike shops. They treated us very good & fair. We knew our prices, I felt very comfortable at CycleZoo. The showroom was full of inventory to chose from.

Called in today and tried to schedule my annual service I get on my Aventon I purchased here 2 years ago. My kickstand broke so I was trying to get more information on cost and some other repairs I needed, but the person who answered was super rude and impatient. I couldn’t even get a word in without being interrupted. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I purchased from CycleZoo specifically for their pick up & delivery to my home service & repair! I don't own a vehicle that my eBike will fit in. GREAT Customer service and selection. I purchased a Red Mockwheel Scoria and ride it several times a week, about 10 miles per ride. It is a wonderful way for me to get around with my hips and lower back arthritis. Cyclezoo is the best in the business!! I recently bought a Solara.2 from Zach and Chris. They both were knowledgeable and helped me get the bike adjusted just for me. Chris is also the expert at tuning and repairs - I'll trust no one else with my bikes!!

Great little bike shop! Part of Ducati, I purchased an Aventon Level 2 and couldn't be happier, this is a quality bike for the price! It's really nice to have a local bike shop to fall back on for support unlike mail order e-bikes. Highly recommend this place.

These guys are awesome!! When I got my first flat on the rear tire of my eBike, they got me right in and installed a new tube and performed an annual service. My bike looked brand new again when they were finished! Great to work with, highly recommend.

I can not recommend CycleZoo more. When making the decision to purchase an e-bike I did a tremendous amount of research and after deciding the Aventon Aventure 2 was the bike for me I found that CycleZoo sold them which was a win. All of the products offered are very high quality and the bikes are some of the highest quality on the market. The customer service is superb as is the variety of products offered. They also offer a vast array of accessories including high quality bike racks for ebikes. If you're in the market for an ebike definitely check with CycleZoo first and go test drive one of their ebikes.
