If you're picking up at DataShield, they are the first 3 docks when you go through the gate. They don't have a sign by the street or on the building. You have to drive over the bridge that says 6 ton weight limit, no other way to get here.

Data shield is probably wonderful for businesses that do routine shredding. But if you are doing a one time service where you are trying to coordinate contractors, haulers, other appointments, find somebody else.Although the service was requested two weeks prior to the date, they couldn’t tell me when they would be there until the day before and then they still gave us a four hour window. it was an awful lot like not knowing when the cable repair man was going to come.

Wonderful experience! From my first phone call to the billing process everyone was professional and helpful. Spencer was exceptionally kind and answered all of my questions when he picked up my shredding. Very reasonable price and will most definitely use Datashield again!

5/5 stars, would rate them higher if I could.I work pretty closely with Brooks for shredding services at several of our locations and he is an absolute rock star. He and DataShield honor promises made for services, sets realistic expectations/follows through, and creates an exceptional customer experience. Prompt efficient and coureteous service. Chad handled my pickup and shredding! I could not have asked for a more courteous person. Chad was thoughtful, worked quickly and efficiently and was on schedule. I would highly recommend Data Shield to anyone looking to have sensitive documents shredded. The pickup and shredding done onsite!

This shredding service company was amazing to work with. Thanks to Brooks for booking it and calling me immediately to set it up, then to Toby and Jordan for the helpful and quick service. I am 8 months pregnant and they were so kind to help with loading the boxes. We will be calling them back in the future!

Bill and Data Shield were awesome. One of the hottest days of this summer and he got the job done. I have not used a shredding service before but will definitely use this company in the future. I was impressed with the entire process and extremely glad that they were mobile and shredded everything while at my place.Their professionalism and timely handling of the process is greatly appreciated.I will use them in the future and would highly recommend.
