Fantastic work the Dent Crafters team did. Had a decent dent and scratch from a car door swinging open and hitting my front passenger side door. Turned out flawless, could never even tell where it happened. Very appreciative of the work and service from Dent Crafters. 5/5 Highly recommend.

*WENT TO DENT CRAFTERS ABOUT (3)WEEKS AGO FOR (2)DENTS ON BOTH SIDES. THE PASSAGE SIDE THEY FIXS WAS OK. BUT THE DRIVER SIDE THEY SCRAPED THE PAINT OFF. I KNOW THINGS DO HAPPEN. I WAS GOING BACK THERE MONDAY SO THEY COULD CORRECT IT. WHEN I LEFTED I NOTICED I HAD SOME FINE WHITE DUST ALL ON THAT SIDE AS WELL AS BLACK GLUE. I CALLED (DAPHNE) &(JASON). THEY BOTH SAYING COULD I HAD WENT THROUGH SOME CONSTRUCTION CAUSE THEY DON’T USE GLUE??♀️HE SAID. I SAID I TAKE CARE OF WHAT’s MINES. AFTERWARDS, WENT TO (HONDA) SHOWED THE MANAGER. HE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF DENT CRAFTERS OR WHO TOLD ME TO GO THERE & NOT TO GO BACK. CAUSE OF THINGS LIKE THAT. SO I WENT BACK TO (HONDA) A WEEK LATER. GOT A LOANER. SO THEY COULD GET MY VEHICLE FIXS. NO OFFENDS TO (DENT CRAFTERS) NICE PEOPLE, BUT I WON’T GO THERE AGAIN. JUST MY EXPERIENCE ONLY*

I would love to give a shout out to Dent Crafters in Omaha Nebraska. I am telling you right now they will treat you fairly and do nothing but the best of work on your vehicle. I know motorcycles are another story but some of you guys that got some dents when you were in Sturgis I would definitely consider taking it there to get an estimate, I met some of the neatest men that work there with good work ethic and very skilled craftsmanship? they have a veteran there that has served our country for many years. I would love to give him a big shout out Jack Lokey worked on my project. I tell you he is is one of a kind. He is a perfectionist, and will settle for nothing less. It was a big honor to have met him today. Thank you Dent Crafter and thank you Jack Lokey. Also, thank you Jack for your service.

I was victim to a hit and run so I got 5 quotes and Dent Crafters was very competitive. There was a cheaper quote but my interaction with Doug swayed me to go with them. He was patient, thorough and walked me through the initial inspection and explained where certain costs came into play. They did the work in the time quoted and in my case the actual cost was significantly lower than the estimate. I still need some chrome they couldn't find a match for but it wasn't part of the quote in the first place. I'm very happy with Dent Crafters. I hope I don't need another body shop but if I do they'll be my first call!
