Notified me of a fee needed to process hours after it arrived in country, delayed delivery by four days with no reason listed even though it was within 1.5 hours of my home and all fees were paid.

My package has disappeared and I can’t get a single answer as to what has happened to it. I have emailed on 3 different occasions using the customer service link haven’t received a reply. I have called in multiple occasions and whoever Karen is she is extremely unprofessional and wouldn’t provide any answers. All I want is my package that I paid for bug it seems it’s either lost or was stolen while in DHL possession. The last update I have is it left a facility on June 5th at 3:10 am. And I haven’t seen anything since. It just keeps saying en route. Let’s be honest it doesn’t take 9 days for another update.

It's incredible how frustrating it's been on waiting for a package from DHL. My package has been on hold in Omaha since Saturday, shipping out on a Thursday, and I've received no update despite putting in multiple requests for it to be delivered. Upon checking on the status, despite what it said a few hours prior, the package was to be originally delivered on Tuesday, and now it's telling me it won't be available until the following Monday, am entire 6 days later than what was originally posted looking up my tracking number. I have never had an experience like this with UPS and I doubt I will be using this service again purely because of this experience.

Absolutely unacceptable service. My package has been sitting at a DHL facility since Monday, and no one can give me a clear answer on when it will be delivered. I run a business and now, thanks to this delay, my customers won’t have their prom dress in time for Saturday. This is beyond frustrating and completely avoidable. I will never use DHL again for any of my shipping needs, and I’ll be strongly advising all my vendors to choose a more reliable delivery service moving forward.

Makes fake attempts at deliveries. I was just told by a rep that I would have to wait until monday to get my package because “I wasn’t home”.
But I was. I was sitting here in my living room. Waiting patiently all morning until 1:00pm. I wasted my whole day just now waiting for a delivery driver that didn’t even have the decency to call me asking where I was.

We were told by a DHL employee that we didn't need to list vegetable seeds individually. Now, the package is held up in Manila because we didn't list the seeds individually. And when we called customer service, the system won't even let us talk to a live person! Now we have to drive an hour and a half AGAIN because DHL doesn't have an office in my city! THIS ISRIDICULOUS!!!!

Your delivery employees are stealing out package.
Package was at your service location and our for delivery at 6:00 pm then marked delivered at 6:08 pm in Brookings ( South Dakota )
This is 2 hours drive from your location at least.
When we called the agent kept on saying everything is correct and delivered.
I want to know where is my package
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

DHL has been holding my product in the city where I live and they are failing to deliver it. No one from customer service can answer any of my questions as to why it isn’t being delivered. They have my product “on hold”, but refuse to tell me when it’s going to be delivered. Extremely poor customer service.

They are the worst. Paid extra to have a shipment delivered had no idea it was coming from dhl. They want a signature even though the seller doesn't ask for one. I called had that removed They were to deliver it, driver said they attempted it but he doesn't even show on the ring camera. Still no package. Messaged dhl They refuse to attempt a redelivery today and refuse to allow me to pick it up today. Now they say they will attempt to deliver it Monday when it wasn't even attempted today. Never again!

Shipment got put on hold right before delivery day, DHL tracking doesn’t say why or where the package is. Probably because the idiots in Omaha don’t know how to do there job. My package ended up being sent back to Hong Kong. “image provided by the company I purchased from”

Scam business. They claim to try to deliver but I reality they don’t knock or even leave packages at signature required lockboxes at apartment complexes. I can’t tell you how often I’ve waited days to get my package and I always groan if something I order gets shipped with DHL. Really the bottom of the shipping barrel.
