Said they were unable to deliver twice but I never heard a knock or attempt at delivery. I was watching the tracker on the website then when it was within 3 miles of my house it said the status changed to not being deliverable. Now unable to use my item since I needed it before tomorrow. Why have a "no contact drop off" signature waiver option if I have to indeed be on my doorstep to receive the item.

Package was delivered at 9:26 in the morning and signed by someone. Not sure where they delivered it to but wasn't my address have cameras and no one came to my door at that time!! Didn't get package either.

DHL just plain SUCKS! I ordered an item that was delivered through them, & their delivery person didn't even bother to give notice that he/she came by, so I missed my delivery, who knows if if I'll ever get it. ?

Never consider dealing with such poor service providers. If you entrust them with your package, you'll likely encounter shipping problems. I had a very urgent package shipped through them, and they claimed to have handed it over to USPS midway. However, according to USPS records, they never received my package from DHL. Now, DHL has closed my file, claiming they've handed it over to USPS. I'm left helpless as DHL, the original shipper, isn't taking responsibility. Their customer service is extremely poor - I would give negative stars if I could. I'm not someone who typically leaves reviews like this, but trust me, their service is the worst. I strongly advise against using them.

They were charged with delivering a package containing almost $500 worth of merchandise and lied stating that they had contacted me and were advised to leave the package at my building door when in fact I was not contacted at all. As a result of this neglect my package was stolen from my steps. When trying to get in contact with customer service I was advised that there was not much that could be done as the delivery driver had stated I gave consent to leave the package at my door. Was told there would be a request submitted for reimbursement but have not heard anything back. This is truly unacceptable. The fact that the driver lied and claimed I had given permission to leave the package is truly absurd.

I had a package coming that was urgent, was supposed to be delivered today December 31st, 2021. Tracked my package and now the tracking says January 7th, 2022. This is unexceptable and I will never continuously use this delivery service again for any reason. Avoid this place if you can.

The first day they tried to deliver I missed them. I was asleep. The next day they try to say they delivered. They didn't. There is no special entrance, no passcode, no animals, you legit knock on a door. Which I was waiting near by from 10 am- 9 pm. I didn't leave my house. The first time I called customer service I got hung up on. The second time I got told I would get called this morning around 845. Guess who didn't call? Called them again and they couldn't tell me when I was going to get my packages nor did they address the fact that whomever was supposed to call me and did not. So these guys have my phone number, my email, and my address and all I get is it will be out sometime today and if it fails again I have to do this or that. I work overnights. This is epic customer service fail.

I chose dhl because of their "fast" delivery service. It's been 9 days and no progress. I paid almost $400 for express delivery and they failed! Save your money and stick with FedEx or USPS.Update: Finally delivered after 14 days! That's 10 days after the delivery date that was quoted to me! I missed out on an $800 rebate due to late delivery of a product! Never again will I use this service!
