Joseph was super nice and helpful. He fixed the problem and was even willing to help me with a separate problem that arose. He explained everything very simply and thoroughly as well. Definitely recommend taking your Apple products here!

Called Digital Dot and they were able to help me through my problem in just a few minutes, fabulous. I was calling to see how much they would charge to fix my problem with my Mac and they solved it right away with a one minute talk. Thank You Digital Dot Systems for helping me through the problem. I have taken my Mac to them before, they have never over charged me and I always leave feeling greatful they could take of my problems so reasonably.

I took my MacBook Pro in to add an SSD and was thrilled with the performance when I got it back. Six months later, the screen goes out. I called and was quoted $300 for a replacement. There must have been a miscommunication when I went in because I was told it would be more than what was quoted on the phone. Although I was not happy, the team at Digital Dot made it right and stood by their initial quote. This is a company that will work hard to make you happy, and I have to say, it was a refreshing surprise to work with a company that did everything they could to personalize my experience!

My IPad would not charge at all. Went to Apple, they said nothing could be done about it bought a new one. A friend suggested Digital Dot Systems. Never heard of them. Went in the next week. Guy at the counter said yea we can send it in and you will get refurbished one in its place. $99. Was a good price for my Granddaughter to have an IPad for her games. Told me it would take about two weeks because of the Holidays. 6 days it's back! Great service!!

I took my MacBook in to be looked at after an issue with the battery. The staff was friendly, opened my laptop up, fixed it, and returned it to me within 10 minutes, no charge. Highly recommend!

My phone suffered water damage after a brief moment in dishwater. Josue was extremely professional and helpful. He remained calm even when I was stressed about losing my data. I took my computer in to be looked at when it was not working, they called that afternoon telling me that it was not able to be fixed unless I wanted to pay a massive amount almost equal to the cost of a brand new computer. I made the decision that I would just buy a new computer and let them know that, they said they would get rid of my old one. A month later they called me back saying that ended up looking again, found out they were wrong the first time, that it was 100% covered by warranty and that they fixed it. Since they waited a full month to contact me I had already bought a brand new computer and thrown away the charger to my old laptop. No apologies were ever given for the misunderstanding.

I brought my iPhone x to them when Apple wanted to charge me $1000 to repair my phone out of warranty. They opened it up and found that the problem was a bent pin and was a very easy fix. He didn't charge me even though I would have gladly paid for his time. Phone works perfectly now. Even when the Apple Store re-opens, i'll be bringing my devices here.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They went out of their way to fix my son's macbook pro with a damaged display and assembly. They even recommended a new hard case to avoid future damage. We needed the work fast as he was going back to school 500 miles away and they delivered. Brought in on a Monday, apple parts shipped across country during a pandemic by Wednesday and repair done a day later. The actual Apple store said one to 2 weeks with no promises but Digital Dot done in less than 4 days. I HIGHLY recommend them for your future use. They turned a frustrating Apple experience into a pleasant one. Avoid the big Apple box and bring your repair to the DOT. You won't regret it.

I brought my i-phone 11 in for screen repair. Super great service! It took less than an hour and my phone is good as new now! I would definitely come back for other services as well! Way less stressful than going to the Apple Store
