Went in the other day in search of a gift for someone in the men’s clothing department. An employee had came up to me asking if I needed help , I said no I’m just browsing to see if i see something I like. He then suggested another store to go to (don’t remember which one) in a snobby way. I didn’t know whether to feel offended or not. Anywho just brushed him off and kept looking while im doing that he was just following me around the whole time even when I left that department! I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

For Nancy’s outstanding service in the perfumery section - Dillard’s
I would like to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received from Nancy, a lady approximately 55 years old with short hair, who works in the perfumery section at your Dillard’s store.
On the day I visited, I was looking for a special gift for my wife’s birthday, and Nancy was simply amazing. Her knowledge of perfumes and her willingness to help me choose the perfect one were invaluable. Not only did she assist me in finding the ideal perfume, but she also wrapped it beautifully as a gift, which truly made my life easier and added a special touch to the present.
Nancy’s dedication, kindness, and attention to detail are a true example of exceptional customer service. I hope this message serves to recognize her work and highlight her efforts.
Experiences like this make me want to return to Dillard’s. Thank you for having such outstanding individuals like Nancy on your team.

Deb in fragrance was wonderful to work with. I walked in wanting to find a new perfume, knowing some about what I like in a fragrance. Deb immediately approached me, asked what I was looking for in a fragrance, and took me around the counters to help me identify what I might enjoy, showing me several options that I ultimately really liked. She answered all of my questions throughout and I learned a lot about fragrances from her!!
