I had a great customer service experience here. I had to bring my vehicle in to get it repaired and Seth went above and beyond with amazing customer experience! He recommended me a great resource to get my vehicle serviced after repairs had been done. And also went above and beyond by making sure they worked on some small cosmetic things they noticed. They were able to fix my vehicle and some and I was very Satisfied with the results they did an outstanding job!! Definitely reccomend

Easy customer experience with great communication during repairs. We had some unrelated issues that caused problems with scheduling but they went above and beyond to get us any info and get the repair done as quick as possible.

I was extremely pleased with workmanship and excellent customer service that Dingman’s Collision Center. Side of car they fixed looks like a new car. Dan kept me updated on the process and progress. They even finished early. Great Job! Dingman’s. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

I did a lot of searching for a place to take my car after pretty much every panel got hit with hail.
I chose Dingman’s because of other reviews and they were close to my work. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Big shoutout to Dan who helped me through the whole process.
He took care of any communication and supplement requests with my insurance company. He also kept me contacted me to give regular updates (not too much) when things were taking a little longer than initially expected.
Highly recommend Dingman’s.

I visited the Maple location earlier to inquire about scheduling a time to have an estimate done on damage from the storm.
As soon as I walked in to the estimate office, one of the individuals greeted me nice enough but then immediately began asking me about insurance documents and really seemed to be focused on the insurance pay out. I notified him that our insurance company had deemed the car a loss and that we would be paying out of pocket to have it fixed. The individual then asked me about the title and after being told it was going to be salvaged told me they do not work on salvage vehicles....
I thought it did not make sense for a collision repair center to inquire about a title and could not find any policy on their website stating they do not work with those vehicles. It's crazy to me that a company would refuse a paying customer to fix their vehicle and we will be happy to take our money elsewhere.

No one was answering the phone during business hours. When I stopped by in person, i was able to get an appointment in exactly one month, 30 days, to just take a look at my car. In addition, an intake guy didn't know the make and model of my car. Another customer had to spell it for him.

First guy I spoke to (I did not catch his name) regarding getting my car in for an estimate/repairs was very kind and helpful. I called in a second time to confirm my appointment after insurance sent over my information and spoke to Dan, who was quite rude and unhelpful in advising how and when would be best to get my vehicle over to their shop. I was trying to be courteous of their schedule, and I explained my situation throughly and was met with short responses. I decided to schedule my appointment with CarStar next door instead.

What a disappointment these guys wanted me to schedule an appointment for hail. Damage estimate 30 days out.
Went to another body shop got my estimate within 30 minutes same day.
