Had an appointment scheduled this morning for 0845. Had ordered my tires online last week to get them mounted/balanced on new set of wheels with TPMS I was bringing in. Nickolas got me checked in when I arrived early. I didn’t get any of the tire technicians names but all the ones I encountered as my new set was getting taken care of and put on my car were none the less professional and all together worked as a team to get it all taken care of seamlessly.
Thank you for the awesome experience I got to witness as you all took care of my car very well. Will definitely be back for new tires in the future but will be my regular for the tire/air checks and rotations.

I have had good experiences with this location so Far, but I can’t even explain how I feel after the way they treated me today. I got there at 5:35 PM for a screw on my tire, I have air leaking. The bald dude took my key, I insisted with the location of the screw being on the passenger rear tire. I am on my phone and next thing I know they bring the car back around 6:10pm and told me they did not find anything. I told him that he was not possible and I had to show him a picture on my phone.
Then he said “sorry we checked rear driver side, which I responded to. It’s the end of the day I understand people want to go home, but don’t have me wait about 35 mins to come and lie to my face.
I wish I got the name of the bald dude.
**don’t accept accept client and make them wait to then lie to their face, that’s is not the way to conduct business**

Friendly staff, clean facility. Wish there was like a picnic table or a bench to sit outside but oh well. They were speedy, especially for a Friday afternoon. The price was a little high for “discount” tires but worth it.

Always super helpful, quick, friendly, I know they’re working to give me the best service/deal possible. Every staff member is professional and explains what’s going on in an accessible way. I’ve gone to this location for a couple years and they’ve been consistently the best. 10/10 would recommend!!

I think the prices are good and the lifetime tire warranty has been worth it to me. I had some bad luck one summer and ran over a nail 3 different times, but didn't have to pay for the repair/replacement. I appreciate I can get a free tire rotation and inspection. Wish they did brakes too.

Sent my girlfriend in for a simple tire repair. Just a nail that was visible. They told her it couldn't be repaired and needed replaced. Didn't give a reason and it would be a 3 hour wait. The nail was not close to the sidewall and no reason for not just fixing it. I'm sure after putting it on the lift and seeing it was all wheel drive they would've pushed for all 4 new. Turning 20$ repair into a 1000$. Thankfully she went to another shop and 20$ and 20 minutes later was back on the road.
