Wow ran over something driving down the road. Slapped on the spare, also from Discount, and finished the job I was on. Rolled into Omaha and hit the nearest Discount. They told me this location had my tire. Showed up and they jumped right on it. Also the tech told me I was due for rotation and they handled that too.
I make my living driving my truck all over the country. Discount keeps me moving no matter what state I am in!! Rylan is the tech who took care of me!!!!

Excellent service along with a great price for a couple of tires. I will be back soon for two more and the Customer Service Representative stated that they will be offering alignments in the near future. Great choice for me and them!

Don’t even know what to say….. wife scheduled appointment to have a tire repaired with nail in it. She shows up and they tell her they can not work on the vehicle because there is something wrong with the suspension and tires were wearing unevenly? Keep in mind the vehicle is a 2022 and has. Less than 20k miles on it. My wife thinking something wrong with her vehicle takes it dealership. They find nothing wrong with suspension or alignment on vehicle. They repaired the tire…… managed to spend a whole day to get a simple tire repair completed. Thank you

Got me in and out quickly. The staff is always pleasant to work with. The first stop when searching for tires.Update. Jahmee, and his crew are top notch no problem with them. I dropped off my SUV to get tires without an appointment and was still in and out within a couple of hours and they were beyond crowded. None of them made it seem like I was a bother (unlike other places in omaha). That staff stays there they will continue to get my business.Updated again Jahmee has moved on to a different store, but his guy Pete is now the manager. Great guy again dropped of a car for new Tpms sensors, they got me in and done in no time. One of if not the best tire shop in the area.

Absolutely great service. Always honor warranty and just take great care of all my cars and my truck....came back five years later. Again, superb service! Bought tires for my diesel truck online and showed up for my appointment a few days later. Smooth process.

Super nice workers. Fixed a screw in my tire for free. I'd highly recommend calling and seeing if busy. And making an apt. Or the wait couldve been 3 hours.

I had a flat that they refused to fix. They tried selling me a new tire. I went somewhere else to get it fixed. Working over half a year later on patch. I felt taken advantage of since it was under warranty. I offer to pay for flat fix, he refused.

I’m at this location currently and wanted to share my experience. They are clearly extremely busy right now taking care of all the post winter storm tire issues. As a result, they are understandably unable to offer certain free services today. I came in and explained to the Manager that due to medical issues, I was unable to go to a self-service place and do it myself and was afraid that I was going to end up with a flat tire. I even offered to pay for this typically free service. Despite being visibly (and extremely) busy, he agreed to help me…and refused to let me pay. Thank you guys so much for helping me out! You are my go-to location for tire needs from now on.

Appointment was set, took a couple hours from work, hadn't driven the truck in almost a week due to a flat, but uncovered it from snow, put fix a flat in, aired the tire and made it to the shop....only to find out my wheels and tires were not in yet. But I received a text 30 mins before my appointment confirming we were still on. Sweet, really appreciated the heads up saying it's not in yet.edit***Andrew, Nathan, and Pete, have assisted me a lot in this matter. Thank you for saving a sale.

I am eternally grateful to the folks at this discount tire! I found a flat this evening within an hour of their closing time. When I called to see if they could squeeze me in, Pete let me know I would have to wait a little while but assured me they could get me in and fixed up. The staff was awesome! They got me in right before they closed, and stayed well after close to get two new tires installed on my car. I can’t recommend them enough!
