Quality storage units with super friendly staff! The representative on the phone that I had spoken with, was able to walk me through everything and explained everything very clearly. Their pricing is very fair, especially for the area. I would not want to store my stuff anywhere else. DIY Storage has been great!

I have stored 2 of my vehicles here for many years and had no issues! Customer service is amazing. The storage bays are very clean, very well maintained property, good security. I never had a single worry while storing here!

Kristin was FANTASTIC in getting me units for my move, three of them. I needed a place to store all my belongings while I sold my house. I was retiring and moving to the Lake of the Ozarks. DIY made it so easy, clean units, sealed tight from weather and anykind of rodents, I've rented units before and that a PLUS! Security is top notch! Easy to get a trailer and truck in to unload your items! Wouldn't waist your time going anywhere else and rate's are competitive!No, I didn't get PAID for this review, It' that good!Al Milledge

We used this facility for a couple of years. Other than a price increase, we had no issues or concerns. A very secure location, Easy access, and an accommodating staff.

Great storage facility. We have rented 4 different units from them and never have any issues. Easy online setup and cancellations. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed. Another plus is law enforcement discount.

Selected DiY because of the location and the good reviews. I was not disappointed! The staff called me right away after reserving a unit online and walked me through the paperwork and access. Couldn't have been any easier. The units are clean, easy to access of of West Maple and the gate is easy to use.

Clean, well lit storage... but more importantly than that, AMAZING customer service. I have called after hours on two occasions and not only was Kirk responsive, he was kind and helpful... customer service that goes above and beyond is hard to find these days! I would recommend this business to anyone who needs storage. You won't be disappointed in the least! I'd give it 10 stars if that was an option!

Kirk always has his units at great price and a great location. Have used DIY Storage for two years and never a disappointment. Many choices of units and respects the military. Would give more stars if it didn't end at 5.
