Absolutely the worst, I came here 4 time and each time it gets worse, the floors look horrible, there’s an awful smell and some of their dairy and frozen products were expired. I gave it one more chance but on October 13th they closed at 6 pm, unbelievable. Will never come back here again.

I was in Dollar General as of September 17th 2024 I had walked around the whole entire store looking for a birthday gift for someone and Miracle patches which are zit patches. When I was at the end of the store looking for the miracle patches which they did not have. This lady that worked at the store had walked up to me and said my loss prevention guy is here please don't be doing this and I said doing what the loss prevention person had accused me of stealing I had opened my bag and asked the lady if she can go through it. Just because I have a bigger bag does that mean I take from stores. This loss prevention person should have came out and dealt with the customer but instead he hides away and let's so he doesn't look like the bad guy I can tell you right now I'll never be coming back into that store again that sucks because I only live right around the corner and have came into the store at least one-time daily if not two times sometimes

I waited over 17mins on the phone to find out if I was able to get a refund for the item they sold me that was missing a item I was able to drive and wait in line before the woman ever came back to the phone. Terrible customer service the manager was no help also this is a terrible location that I will never go back to! Avoid at all cost terrible manager they have. The manager name was Denise she was extremely rude.

They advertise online and in store digital coupons but can't figure out how to run them to actually give you the discount...been there several times & they can't figure out the pop discounts...1 cashier can but the others can't so if she isn't working the say sorry can't do....then don't advertise it...

Super unprofessional sales clerk old lady red hair. I hope the manger Reviews the camera. All because my $5/$25 didn’t come off, and I went down the street to the other dollar general and got my $5.00 off MUCH MORE FRIENDLY SERVICE!! Total went from $20 to $11!! When u offer sales and discounts u should honor them, not yell to all the customers in line like I was doing something wrong! If u don’t want to honor the deals then don’t POST THEM!!

Staff is so nice and have been going for years but stopped going to this location due to my last experience. This store is so FILTHY from top to bottom and has a very strong ODOR..I could barely breathe when I walked in..smelled like human waste,body odor, and raw sewage. I had to turn around and walk straight back out to avoid vomiting. Sorry but speaking the truth and most of their clients won't bother to update this important info here

Convenient location. You can get a few grocery staples or even catch a good sale on cute trendy clothing. Employees are very helpful and keep the store very well organized and clean.
