The Black manager gots a problem don't come up to Me yelling what's my problem why did I put the trash can close to the registers. Bcuz I'm buying & I got a cart full of other stuff. I'm 61 years old Army 🪖 Disabled Veteran. You need tell Him to stop getting up in people's face and accusing Black Men of wrongful things then he put it back so I had to go all the way back & unstack the trash can again and push both the shopping cart 🛒 and trash can back all the way to the cash register. I'm not his dude either it should be Sir.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Management was extremely rude to my wife when she went in there with our two boys. She had to step out of line to attend to them because they started to wander in the store. Instead of just letting her know she'd have to get back in line after other customers, he yelled at my wife all the way across the store to hurry up, have an attitude, and have a very rude exchange in the middle of the store.
My wife and another lady who witnessed the situation come out of the store and told me what happened. There was also another man in the store who addressed him over it and he acted like he didn't want to hear it. The lady who witnessed the incident said he's acted like this before in the past with others.
I went back in there and fussed at him for his rude behavior and told him he's gonna be in trouble with corporate management and that he needs to learn how to talk to customers. I was livid! I'm not about to let a man disrespect my family and not say something.
Absolutely terrible!

I COUPON so when i go to DOLLAR GENERAL its normally always a GREAT EXPERIENCE! this is the only location i do not like going to! my anxiety goes up just knowing some items are only in stock at this location. you walk in the energy is off very negative the people are rude, completely ignorant someones always on their phone at the register. NEEVVERRRR get a hello how are you can i help you did you find anything they wont even tell you the total you have to like look behind their signs to see for yourself like HELLOOO!!! by then poor man by the front doors energy done took over and your just irritated lol basically yall could do better with self check out send the employees home or find new ones oh wait seems like every other night they close early for training? dont try to go there after 8 youll have like 15 minutes and then be rushed out because theyre "closing at 830" dont want to count drawers after closed they want it done before. for the money spent on employees this would be my first time saying theyd be better off investing in one ROBOT yesss have it your wayy shop DG just not this one the app is off itll say things are in stock you go and cant find them ( so theyre either really behind or someones really stealing lol ) posted floor prices arent matching the system (they act like they cant change it/ what about the policy? ) some coupons dont come off the manager will look at you like your stupid or they cant read or function a system NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT or shut it down between the theft and management you this location sucks you can not walk in this store and shop without someone assuming or looking at you like you did something wrong! the most uncomfortable (creepy) unpleasant experiences here. whole lot of false advertising and knowing, willingly giving false information. or in other words will lie and act like were all blind or dumb because they messed up! people do not deserve to be treated certain ways and if you cant do your job the proper way give it up :) some people walk around carrying weight they cant hold then come to work and drop it off ?! or they get so miserable from a job they cant do that they end up just being a real ishy person im sure dollar general aint paying them, to treat customers as such. i feel for the good people who try and shop here that end up leaving with someone else bad attitude

I entered the store and spoke to the male associate he was on his private phone didn’t acknowledge me. At the register same male associate didn’t say hi or thank you not a word! The worst customer service! I will go somewhere else from now on. This store is convenient for me but I refuse to pay my hard earned money for bad service.

I live in Florida, but was visiting some friends, and I stopped in this location for a second. Edie was awesome in helping me find what I needed and even a couple of things I had forgotten about.
I work in retail management, and employees like Edie are a gem. Keep a close eye on her, or I will take her.

The staff was extremely rude and the store was a disaster. While checking out our cashier didn’t saying anything but our total to us. Even after we told him to have a good day he just looked at us and walked away.

The old lady with the short hair and glasses is extremely rude. I would rather go to a regular store and use self checkout rather than dealing with a rude employee.

Manager Kim was very polite. I had bad experience at this store. I told her and she wanted me to do survey. I went back next day. Same results. She also mentioned day of storm, she was in trouble for closing early. She cares about employees that is rare and needed more. Keep her there. I prefer this store to any other dollar stores.
