the afternoon 3pm assistant manager was so unwelcoming & very rude not only to us as the customer but to her employees as well, was yelling at one of them as we were asking to get some balloons down for us & after we paid didn’t even ask if we wanted a receipt or even put the stuff on the counter for us to take instead left it in the bag behind the counter & proceeded to leave to go talk to a co worker very unprofessional.

5/25/24 - 5 pm. Person who claimed to be the manager was very unprofessional. (7415 Dodge location) She would not give me corporates number or her name to make a complaint regarding her customer service. She definitely isn't made for management.

I love the Dollar Tree. Everything here is priced well under regular stores, like Walmart, Target and grocery stores.

Every dollar tree I go to I’m so happy!! I’m like a kid in a candy store, and there are two employees at the dodge st location that I love to go to. Geoffrey is always so helpful and the other I don’t know her name but she is always pleasant and festive with her attire. Five stars ⭐️ keep up the great work

5 stars for a lady named STEPHANIE, she is the nicest dollar store employee I have ever met, she acts like she doesn’t hate her life and wants to die which is great because most employees anywhere just want to DIE. thanks Stephanie! Raylita was the absolute best customer service I've had in these stores. Just taking time to make sure I was treated with kindness and respect. Absolutely one of the the best for this company. The service at these stores are going down. Thanks to her for giving me a reason to keep shopping.

Completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and unacceptable behavior for someone who is so called “manager” who goes by the name Dyvon or however “devyn with a Y” is spelled. My fiancé and I were shopping at dollar tree last night. A kind gentleman employee assisted me in finding my last item before heading up to the register. We were waiting in the checkout line for the cashier to finish with the lady in front of us. I begin putting my items from my cart onto the counter and she goes “I’m sorry I can’t check you out now it’s closing time.” I thought she was joking at first to which she told me she was “in fact not joking.” Then proceeded to state if we didn’t like it she “will have to call the police” I was in complete shock. Very unnecessary and over dramatic. This was at exactly 10pm and she refused to check us out. I asked if she would hold all the items and our cart for tomorrow and she refused. With the time we spend going back and forth she could have checked us out no problem.She said it was store policy to not check customers out after 10 which I find ridiculous I have never once had a business turn its customers away last minute like that, even though it wasn’t after 10. I could understand if we had been 5 or 10 minutes late just walking around the store but we were already in line.I find it crazy that someone would rather turn away business simply because they didn’t want to do their job. I’m astonished Dollar tree puts someone like this in a title of manager. Dollar tree is one of my absolute favorite stores and have loyally shopped with them for years with no problem. I’m severely disappointed with the treatment I received. It was a major inconvenience for us and I cannot shop at dollar tree knowing this is the type of employees they put in management positions. If I was Dollar Tree and I knew someone in a management position was treating good customers that way I would be furious…. Worst service I’ve ever had.I do want to mention that even though it was a major inconvenience, we ended up going to walmart right after this incident and had some of the best service from staff. After a walmart employee helped us look all over the store to find one product we needed from dollar tree, he said it was completely fine to check out even though it was a couple minutes after closing hours and even made sure someone was at the front of the store in order to do so.I’ve never had such bad service in my life.

Terrible customer service. We were in the store with a cart full of items and walked up to the register exactly at 10 while another customer was still checking out and the manager Devyn said that she wouldn’t check us out bc it was 10. I have never heard of a store turning always a customer like that. Seems like she really doesn’t care about her job or providing good customer service. So disappointed with her treatment. She made us leave the entire cart at the register and said she wouldn’t hold it until tomorrow. She said she would call the police if we didn’t want to accept it and leave. Going to Walmart now. This is how you lose customers.

This Dollar Tree has everything you need and more. I like it. Better than most other ones since they have a refrigerated section. They also have larger packs of things now that they go up to $5.
