they never answer the phone and when they do they just pick it up and hang it right back up in your face also just left the store so i know they're not busy they are just lazy and just lets the phone ring

Its 9 am and the store is supposed to be open and no one is even here to work! What’s the point of having store hours then? No signs up letting people know they are closed either. Will not waste my time waiting on this store again!

Dollar Tree used to be a good place to shop. I try to not to shop there anymore . U can't return their stuff inspite of it being defects. Its cheap , but it's still money you are spending so why can't they be responsible. And the staff cannot even have basic customer service etiquette especially Trisha

I never post reviews but what happened today at this location just made me frustrated. So today sometime during the afternoon, my fiancé and I went into this location. A lady (not sure if she is a worker or not) greeted us and said "Welcome to the tree". I am socially awkward so I smiled. While I was shopping around, I overheard her talking about how I just smiled at her as she said "Welcome to the Tree" and just chuckled about it. Guess you shouldn't show a sign of being nice when someone greets you at this location.

Super busy on Christmas Eve which is to be expected, however they did a wonderful job on getting customers through the line without making them feel rushed.. I would definitely recommend that store and all the staff working today!! God Bless them all!!

Hours show they are open but handwritten sign on door states CLOSED Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday!?
