I Just Want to Say ,I love this Dollar Tree, I just live down the street and I'm there probably 2-3 times a week They are all so Nice and Friendly and Helpful and They are always Stocked of All items all the Time, I Always Get What I Need Here all the time ,I Go here more than any other store ,Thank you for having a Awesome Dollar Store it's Clean Organized Stocked a Perfect 10?

Never opened and when it decided to be open which is never there nothing ever In stock always bare shelf’s and long lines with one worker. Never should have opened the store just to keep it closed all the time very big inconvenience to the community when another store could be placed here that will stay open!

I visited your 59th Ames, Plaza Dollar Tree Monday evening. It did not concern me so much that the overall store merchandise stock was low, nor that many items were disorganized/ misplaced aroynd the store. What should be of great concern to your company Corporate division is the following conduct by your employed management.I was in a longer line, which moving along well. I had found what I came in for and my items were in a hand held green basket on the register conveyer belt. The cashier was almost finished with the customer ahead of me, and looked up to ask me to take my items out of my basket. I had never been asked this before but was willing to help speed things along. I had taken most of my items out, and thought she would finish the remaining items....she did not:She allowed the basket to block the area to the scanner....ackwardly reached way around the basket and started taking those items to scan first. I since her attitude or stress, but I finished taking the the few items out if the basketwhich was still lodged there.This cashier then puts the basket on the opposite side and places my bagged items back in this green basket, which I thought unusual. I concluded my transaction and took my bags of groceries out of the basket, to which she then asked me to take the green basket with me and put it back at the front door. I had had enough of her tenseness and assumptive requests. II stated that this was not my job.She said it was not hers either! That she had to put the next customer's items in that spot. My observation wasthat she was a bit off.TlShe said that I took my basket from there when I came into the store, and I can put it back there when I leave the store! No I was not shocked by this behavior from this area or from an over-worked employee. I noted that if one works in retail all areas are apart of one's job.Customer Service is her job after all.I simply sat the green hand basket down on the large box right next to her and proceeded to leave.Believe it or not, she then said to me, "that's trash, how rude." She decide to walk behind me andimmediately take the hand basket to sit it at the door entrance, while all other customers waited in her long line...this took all of maybe 2.5 minutes...I now feel for her circumstances, and as a black women myself, it be an unfortunate one....she is a survivor!She needs that job for now Lord, however I do Hope and Pray that her home, finances, and emotional state are greatly Blessed very soon...Amen!?!

Been to the store several times looking on Google saying that the store is open walked 2 miles got there there were people inside and the store is close doesn’t make any sense but at least you should let your people know before they show up over there

As if this dollar tree never having anything in stock wasn’t bad enough I had the worst experience today. Me and another shopper pulled up today at 6:30, store is supposed to closed at 7. They locked the doors and wouldn’t let us in.
