I love DSW. Usually when you work somewhere you tend to not like it as much. Dsw is an amazing place. Great prices. And the VIP REWARDS! OMG 100% worth it. This location has some of the best staff who will do just about anything for you. Seriously a great store.

An absolutely horrible company to work for, never have I seen such a lack of transparency, leadership, communication, or understanding. If you don’t wanna be a robot who’s constantly berated by management, and if you want to feel like you have any sense of work life balance. Avoid at all costs. , and from a customer standpoint don’t expect to be treated any better than employees

This is the best place for shoe shopping. My son and I both had several different options and styles to select from. Tennis shoes, to formal shoes, sandals, and boots, they've got a huge selection and prices are fair and affordable!

Took back a pair of shoes I purchased online. Easy process and convenient instead of having to mail them back. Ended up purchasing a pair of sandals that were on sale and used my rewards. The only thing is they no longer use bags for any purchases. So bring your own bag or be prepared to carry a box with shoes inside around the mall.

Unprofessional staff. Floor employees don't acknowledge customers. Cashier at checkout is very obnoxious about getting contact information for their marketing purposes, won't take no for an answer. When the answer is still no, the two cashiers exchange a 'get a load of the problem customer' smirk. Will get my shoes elsewhere from now on.
