Growing up in Dundee we always try to use them any time we want flowers delivered in Omaha. This time my brother sent them to me and the gentleman who just tried to deliver them but didn’t have a code to get in was so sweet and stayed until he got them to me. Had my phone on silent and recovering from surgery. Oops. Anyway, great service and beautiful flowers as usual from Dundee Florist.

I've ordered long distance for years and generally get good service.
Not though, if a guy answers. Call back until he doesn't. I called yesterday and he was rude/short with me AND I wanted to send something to someone that I send to multiple times a year, and he didn't seen to know how to operate the computer as he couldn't find the recipient...tried to say the system was new or something. I ended up saying bye and hanging up frustrated. I called again multiple times hoping for a female voice. Finally did, and she was pleasant and knew what she was doing (found the person in the system right away), and order went smoothly.

Don't waste your time here. I have never in my life experienced such rude treatment from a business. I pulled up 2 hours before they're supposed to close and the owner was locking up the place. I wanted to find out about what they do for shipping plants and he interrupted me, waving me off and said "no, we don't ship plants for people". I continued mentioning that I wasn't asking them to ship, and tried again to mention why I was there, and he said verbatim "no, I don't have time for this, I have deliveries". I literally was planning to buy a nice plant in exchange for advice on shipping plants that were given to me when a loved one died, since I'm about to move out of state. My suggestion to the owner: 1) customer service is still crucial to keeping a business afloat, and 2) don't base the way you treat customers on your own bias of them (it was pretty clear why he talked to me like that). My money was clearly not wanted and this doctor is more than happy to spend it elsewhere.
Update: I'm not the only one who has encountered this guy. A word to the owner: in this world, people will get pissed off if you're rude and will just take their business elsewhere. If you hate your job or only want certain clientele, make that clear and stop wasting OUR time. And please don't respond with excuses

I came in very last minute looking to surprise my girlfriend, and the gentleman was able to direct me to their cooler. He had an impressive assortment of beautiful flowers. I settled on a half dozen red carnations and a stuffed golden retriever puppy. Her eyes lit up the room when I walked in the door. Thank you!

Yikes. It saddens me to write this review. After using Dundee Flower for my wedding celebration, numerous occasions like friends’ birthdays, the random thank you bouquet, anniversaries, and everything in between I will not bring my business back after having one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.I called to order my friend a bouquet after having surgery. A gentleman answered the phone and was extremely rude from the get go. I asked if they had amaryllis in stock, he sighed and said no. I said ok, that’s fine I’ll just go with a bouquet made by your staff and I’d like to keep it at $50. He sighed again and said, “let me transfer you to someone else,” and then hung up on me. Thinking no big deal, accidents happen, I call back and he answers again. I say hey, I think we were just disconnected can we get my order going? He then says that $50 is not enough for a bouquet with delivery, that they have 10 orders ahead of me and I should look elsewhere.So, yes, I will do just that! After supporting Dundee Flower for over a decade, I will not be back.

Went to two florists to get flowers for my gf for our anniversary. Said the same thing to both florists, which was needed flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary. She really likes purple flowers. At the first shop, the clerk just stared at me waiting for answers I didn't have... At Dundee Florist though, the lady immediately showed me what was available, told me I could pick whatever, and was immensely helpful without hijacking my arrangement creation.After I picked a the core of what I knew my gf would like, I realized I was out of my depth and again the florist was immediately ready and willing to take my basic idea and turn it into a beautiful arrangement my gf will love.Can't recommend these guys any higher as this is exactly the kinda experience I want when shopping.

I've ordered from Dundee florist a couple of times and each time I've been happy about both. My first experience with Dundee Florist was planning something special for my nephew's birthday. I sadly was unavailable for his birthday dinner with the family so I researched florists that were near his school. I stumbled upon Dundee florist on Yelp and headed to their website. Their website was easy to navigate and tailor the options to fit what I was looking for. I decided on a birthday balloon bundle with teddy bear. It was perfect! I ordered it online and had it delivered to his school on his birthday! He was so surprised and loved it he carried it everywhere that night and with him to dinner. It warmed my heart that he enjoyed the little surprise and felt special. My only wish for his birthday! My next experience was about the same. It was one of my closest friend's birthday and I wanted to do something special for her. Prior to the COVID year she would go all out for her birthday and dress up really fun on her special day at work. She wasn't feeling that excited for her birthday so I wanted to find something nice to give to her at work. Dundee florist was on the way so I decided to stop in and take a look. I hadn't been inside before though I knew it was always there. When I walked in I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. Then I realized I could go inside the cooler and choose a few blooms on my own! That was extra fun, I chose six different colored roses and a few filler flowers and it turned out just lovely. Simple and pretty. A gentleman offered to wrap them for me and I even purchased a card too! I love being able to support a small business especially one that made it through COViD year! The blooms are gorgeous and having the option for delivery, balloon and teddy bear bundles, makes it a nice touch to reach more people!
