I love today's customer service. I walk into Dunkin Donuts where THREE employees make eye contact with me. I am the only person in the store and no one is in the drive thru. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes I have tonask them if anyone is wondering why I'm standing here. Good luck to the owner I will not be back.

This is the worst store BY FAR. I don’t even think the employees are trained because everything is always wrong in some way. I’ve never seen so many drinks get made wrong. I’ve only asked them to remake it once because I feel bad and they were pretty rude about it.

Noone even acknowledged we were there. When clearly having issues with their stupid ordering machine, they just continued to ignore us. When we had to go over to one of them to ask for help, we got an eye roll and both ladies acted as if we were bothering them.

I order ahead for walk in when I'm on my way to work so I'm not late and I keep running into the lobby locked and then there's a long line in the drive

I know working slinging Coffee is hard work and I am REALLY lenient with my Dunkin expectations bc I understand that. But this last experience was the final straw. I realized they were charging for large cold drinks, but have no large cups. I got ripped off several times and still went back. But after having to repeat my drink order five times over the course of 15 minutes- I'd say my order, he would say "ok hold on" and silence for 3-4 min before asking me to repeat "hot chai with oatmilk" I still got a cup of coffee.I am an East coast hard-core Dunkin lover, but this is embarrassing. Don't bother.

This location has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I usually do not write negative reviews, but it was so bad that I feel like I need to. I went into the store instead of drive thru because I was unsure of what I wanted. When I walked in, none of the 3 employees that I saw even acknowledged me. I waited a few minutes, thinking they were just busy with drive thru. They did have a large order screen on the counter so I tried to order from that while I was waiting, However, some of the choices that I wanted were not on the screen but I could clearly see them on the racks in the store so I choose to wait for someone. After another minute or two of the employees ignoring me, I went over and said hi to them. One said hi back and walked away. The other just told me to order from the screen. When I said that I tried but not all the choices were there, she said yes they were and refused to help me. I decided to leave. Ordering donuts should be a simple process, not a frustrating one. I would understand if there was just a single employee trying to do everything but there were several employees. Enough to at least have decent customer service. And if you are not allowed to order donuts in store, maybe they should lock the doors and make it drive thru only.

They have the lobby closed and their drive through is a mess- cars blocking traffic so lots of unhappy drivers.

We fully understaffed for last several months. Walk-up door locked and sometimes only one worker at drive-thru means line will back up into street during morning rush.

This place is absolute garbage they never take the time to make sure they get your order right there's always up to 30 cars blocking off traffic everywhere because they don't have enough people working at the store so they shut down the lobby. I had to wait 45 minutes to order in the Drive-Thru and they messed up my order and it took me another hour in the Drive-Thru to get to the window to get my order replaced ? the owners of this company definitely have no idea about anything of business management ?

I ordered and paid via the mobile app. I took my time, got dressed and left my house. I got there and the coffee was not ready. No big deal. I waited… and waited and waited. Countless customers coming through the drive thru and in the store and ordering after me and getting their coffee. I ordered at 9:25, it was not until 10:18 that I got my coffee, and that was after I went up and asked for an update. I have worked in food service and understand being short staffed and busy, but almost an hour of waiting for a coffee is unacceptable. I was sitting in the store clearly waiting. No acknowledgment from staff. Saw them look at the order paper on the counter multiple times. Don’t waste your time with the mobile app unless you pick it up through the drive through.
