Stood at the counter for 12 minutes waiting for someone to take my order because the order kiosk was down. Never greeted, no one said a word like “we’ll be with you in a moment!” Just flat out ignoring me and the 9 people in line behind me. The worker wasn’t wearing gloves either and I continuously watched her touch her hair, face, scratch her bare back before proceeding again with making things. Had to leave because I’m not gunna stand there and wait forever just for someone with skin and hair particles covering their hands to touch my stuff.

They lock the doors because they don’t want to serve you. Good luck picking up an online order from the lobby.

I went inside to place an order, there was 3 workers and NOT one of them asked me if I needed help or acknowledged me at all. I seen a self order device on the counter so I was just going to use that instead since no one wanted to help me. I was having trouble using the device as I had questions but again there was 3 workers and not one of them offered to help or look my way. So I left and will not come back. Unhelpful employees!

Twice I’ve visited this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. The first time was when school was out for the year. At 9:00 am this location was totally Out of donuts. I barely left with 2 donuts. Today at 7:15 I visited this location. The door was locked and there was a sign on the door that they had no donuts rolls or croissants. I find it absolutely amazing that a donut shop has no donuts available. I tried for take out but went elsewhere.

I’ve been to cleaner, friendlier, better run Dunkin’s in the middle of New York City. This location is horrible and getting worse. Your shoes stick to the dirty floor, the staff just stands in the back and complains to each other while lines inside and in the drive thru pile up. You literally have to lean across the counter and yell at someone to get service. If you use the self kiosk your order just gets ignored and you sit for 20 minutes until an employee emerges from the back.

I’ve learned Dunkin’ can be a hit or miss depending on the location, but as a daily goer for the past couple months, I’ve had consistently great service and drinks at this location. After only a couple mobile orders they started to recognize me and would give me an extra donut. The employees are great at customer connections.Also, my go-to drink is an iced matcha latte, and they have made it perfect every-time. If you drink matcha, you know that’s an impressive feat. 11/10, I’m glad this is the location most convenient to me.

Ordered a box of doughnuts to go. Picked them up and when I got home my order was wrong. I should have looked in the box before I left.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was waiting to order donuts to go. Another customer finally got the attention of the young man behind the counter and said he had been waiting 30 minutes for a simple order that had not even been started. The young man said "Not my problem" and continued puttering around slowly. Unbelievable!!! The customer asked to talk to the manager. The young man said snarkily that the manager was not there, but an assistant manager was. After taking his time, he finally got her and she helped the customer. I was pressed for time so asked her to help me as the young man continued to putter around and I knew he would not help me. The assistant manager reluctantly got my order of 2 donuts. I have seen this young man before. He is NOT interested in helping customers and he does not follow adequate sanitary practices. I will NOT be going here anymore and you shouldn't either.ADDENDUM: I received an email from Dunkin customer service on 12-18-23 apologizing for my bad experience and saying that either the franchisee or a Dunkin representative would be contacting me within 2 business days. It has been 3 weeks and I have heard NOTHING from either one. More poor service. As an aside, reviews for this and other Dunkin locations in Omaha also have several poor reviews.

I''m usually a fan of Dunkin', but my recent visit was underwhelming. While the employees were somewhat friendly, there was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm, especially regarding certain menu items. It was disheartening to hear loud complaints about making Matcha drinks, which affected the overall atmosphere.Moreover, the preparation of the Matcha itself was subpar. My drink was left clumpy and not enjoyable. The interaction between two staff members, one of whom eventually made my drink, was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. Their open dispute over the responsibility of making the drink only added to the negative experience. I apologized for causing an inconvenience with my order.While I understand that everyone has their off days, it's crucial for a customer-facing business to maintain a level of professionalism and enthusiasm for their products. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe everyone should work in an environment that suits them and where they can provide the best service to customers.DOV 12/24 11am
