If I could give this 0 stars I would. Not only did a dip manicure take an hour and a half, there was NO lotion or hand massage that is customary at ANY other salon in town. The technician also clipped my cuticles so aggressively that it was painful. When I said something, she just looked at me like she didn't understand! It's not like they were busy either. I was the only customer in there for the majority of the the time. I WILL never be going back to this salon again.

I've been going to Eden for a couple years now and it just seems that their service continues to worsen every visit. Me and my fiancé went to give it one last try, since it is a convienent location. We both got the Delux pedicure and I honestly wish I wouldn't have. The rocks and the paraffin dip were WAY too hot. It burnt my fiancés foot. And the lady I had was so aggressive with massaging that I have bruises on my shins. The day we left I had scratch marks on my legs from her long nails. While she was using the smoother she was so aggressive with it that I have a cut on the side of my foot. They weren't that busy and she was definitely trying to rush. I wish I could upload pictures to this post. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Okay- so I live in Lincoln and I came to Omaha in DESPERATE need of an acrylic fill. Eden Nails and Spa was open on Christmas Eve so I decided to stop in. Once there, I also decided to go with a 2nd tier pedicure. The pedicure was great, but I did notice they didn't line the bowl with plastic. When I was getting my nails filled, I did watch them scrub the bowl I used when getting my pedicure which made me feel like they cared about the hygienic side of the business. When getting my nails done, they were removing color with a nail tool and it was slightly painful as she kept hitting my skin with the sandpaper type tool. However, I will say she did an AMAZING job on the shape of my nails, which is something I am always very picky about. The color was a little brighter than I anticipated, but the experience was overall great! To celebrate Christmas, they also gave me a gift which turned out to be a lotion!!! Thank you so much for your amazing service!

So I went in there to get a fill. I had ombré nails. They didn't know how to even do ombré nails. But the lady ensured me she knew what she was doing. I have coffin shaped nails. She was rough on my nails. My nails look horrible. And I got them done last Saturday and I have already broken 4 nails. I'm pissed because My nails were expensive to get done and the girl who did them messed them up so badly two of my nails are thick as hell. I'm never going back again. Now I have to find another salon who at least can make the same shape nail for all my nails. Pissed.

This was my first time getting my nails done here and it was great. I needed a shellac fill in a coffin shape. I was apprehensive about getting them shaped because it's hard to find people who can do it right. Joanne did A GREAT job on the shaping. It's not perfect, but unless you're me you'd never notice lol there are a few bubbles and on one nail there's a fiber under the Polish, but again SERIOUSLY minor details. I'll definitely be back again.

Although my nails turned out adorable, my experience was not the best. I paid extra for the pedicure that comes with the massage and did not even come close to getting my money's worth. My boyfriend was watching and even commented “what was that†because she never once did anything even close to a massage. The only reason I wanted a pedicure was to get my feet scrubbed and massages which never happened. When getting my manicure done, the lady was yanking on my fingers and cutting my nails so fast it actually hurt. During the manicure she also took off two chunks of my skin and only apologized once I asked her to clean all the blood off my finger. This was my first time here and I'm not sure I will be back. Although I like my nails, I'm not sure it's worth it.

Not even worth the one star you have to give in order to post the review! The service was terrible and the work was mediocre. I didn't let them finish and will never go back! Regarding Response from owner: You did not get the full story. There was someone else with me who had pedi and shellac completed before my pedi was even done. The tech who started my shellac when we first arrived decided to walk off to help someone else without any explanation. So much time had passed that the shellac remover dried without the shellac coming off so the shellac was scrapped off my nails. During the time before the painful shellac removal, the 2 employees who did my friends pedi and mani were sitting around, talking and eating, for a long time and they decided not to step up. They thought my friend and I should wait while the person who did my pedi did my shellac. When they realized I was upset and was not going to let them finish, then they decided to step up but already too late. All the techs were speaking in a foreign language about the poor service which is very rude. Your comment about each tech getting to do a service does not ring true because pedi and mani were going to be done by the same tech. My friend told me the tech who did her pedi used the nail tool on her own foot afterwards. That's very poor hygiene. I should not have paid in full for the pedis and friends shellac. Her shellac was not cured correctly and peeled off after just a few days. Hope you enjoy your business while you still have it because with service like this you won't be in business much longer!
