I took a yoga class this morning, with instructor Kelley. The space was very open. The instructors went *out of their way* to make me feel comfortable as a total newbie. Booking the class on the MindBody app was very user-friendly. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Charlene is wonderful to work with and she offers a variety of classes. She has a spacious studio for 1:1 and group pilates sessions. She also teaches barre, yoga and zumba. Very reasonable with a variety of classes at different times of the day so anyone can attend.

One year into my twice weekly workouts with Charlene, I had a total shoulder replacement which required my arm to be in a sling for 6 weeks. The personal workouts Charlene designed for me and the resulting total body muscle strengthening and increased balance were vital in my successful recovery. Charlene is brilliant at personalizing workouts to accommodate my multi joint osteoarthritis such that I get a great total body workout anyway. She is cheerful, closely observant, patient, and a general delight to work with at all times and her equipment is kept in tip top condition. She is the best!

Charlene is the best! She walks you through everything. Makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. She gives detailed instruction so anyone can follow along (also good for regulars to keep in good form). ���

I was sent to Charlene by my physical therapist as the next phase in my treatment of two spine fractures. She is so knowledgeable and modifies my exercise to accommodate for this injury, even in group classes. She does this for each person, whether it be back, neck, shoulder, hip, wrist, etc... She is wonderful!
