I started going to Isobel after yearssss of doing my hair at home (cuts, color, etc). When I first went to her, I had a ton of box dye, split ends, and an uneven undercut that I was desperately trying to grow out. I knew from the first appointment that we were a match made in heaven! Her sense of humor is perfect and she went out of her way to make me feel super comfortable for my first appointment! She then did the most GORGEOUS color on me and gave me the cut of my dreams. Every single time she does my hair, I get sooo many compliments. The last time I went, all I got was a cut and everyone is asking if I got my color freshened up. I leave every appointment feeling so gorgeous and confident. I recommend her to everyone!

My girlfriend booked a consultation. We arrived a couple minutes early and decided to wait in the lobby. We proceed to wait for over 40 minutes and Jennis door remained closed. We didn’t want to knock due to the sign that was posted, so we waited and waited. This is unbelievable, terrible customer service. Jenni must have forget and doesn’t care about her clients. This was not a good representation for their business.

I just relocated to omaha and had an job interview asap. I needed a fresh look immediately I just started cold calling and the only salon that answered out of about 15 salons was elements I told them I urgently needed seen and within 10 minutes they hooked me up with a master beautician for late night hairdo. Not only is my hair amazing Elements salon is so beautiful. Desi you are amazing ? I am so glad to have found you!! And I got the job!!!!! See yous soon Elements and Desi
