First off I want to say the two young men who moved me were very polite, however the move was very slow. They were younger and perhaps inexperienced, and the move was VERY SLOW. Upon reading further reviews I can see I am not the only one who experienced a slow move with them and having to pay for it.
Several mistakes were made during booking that I should have seen the red flags. I was never asked details about my move such as the apartment size, what floor I was on, what furniture needed to be move, how many boxes, etc. - I was also never given a quote nor given the option to get a quote. I live alone in a 1 bedroom apartment and it took over 3 hrs for my items to be loaded, and I took a lot of items myself. My move took 4 hours, i have never had a move take this long. I had previously received a quote from Two Men and a truck but I decided to support local, thinking I would be along the $600 quote I was provided by other companies, but no quote was given. If so, I would have never agreed to pay $1300 to move my 1 bedroom. I did express my disappointment however I was told thanks for the feedback and never got another response. I too worked with someone name Kalah via text messages, which is funny as I see a response below stating there is no employee there by that name but I have text messages from her. Also, it was never told to me that I would have to pay the UHaul charges, or the $25 surcharge.
Moving is stressful enough, I take responsibility for not asking more questions but the purpose of hiring movers is to help eliminate that stress. Every customer should be asked details about their move, be given a quote, and told about extra fees up front.

I used Elite Movers this past weekend ( 8/17/2024) and they did a great job. Very polite and professional. I called 10 Men Moving and they blew me off two days in a row. Elite said they would be there on Saturday and did what they said they would do.
It was a difficult move, not many pieces, but still very difficult the way the furniture had to be taken out and they did a great job! Give them a call, you won't regret it!

I couldn’t be more serious when I say that these guys are THE best. I can confidently say that I’ll never use any other movers again! They came in CLUTCH on very short-notice (after a different company cancelled very late the day of our scheduled move), were incredibly kind, professional and hard-working. They handled a daunting task with skill and grace, even after having just come from an even more daunting job!
Kalah was super kind, empathetic and on TOP of communication throughout, with quick responses and reassurance. Terrell, Isaac and Tony were efficient, friendly, extremely careful with our belongings, and happy to go the extra mile without us even having to ask! 11/10 recommend; Elite Movers will take great care of you and your belongings!

Elite Movers handled our recent move. The day began with every member of the 4-man crew introducing himself to me and greeting my family. They definitely cared about starting off in a good note. While working, they were professional, courteous, careful, and efficient. We had a number of difficult pieces of furniture, but they overcame obstacles to get them moved properly. We would highly recommend Elite Movers!

Elite Movers of Omaha is reliable, professional, and skilled in many aspects of moving. With the help of my contact, Kalah Taylor, Elite Movers successfully and quickly packaged fragile, sentimental, and valuable items. For one piece of antique furniture, they built a custom-made crate that completely protected the contents. They delivered the boxes they packaged to the shipper of my choice (FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight). Elite Movers did everything I requested with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. I highly recommend them, and I will certainly call upon them the next time I need anything moved.

Our church organ needed a lift up to the second floor choir loft in time for Christmas and Terrell and his team pulled it off! It was a difficult lift…big and heavy…and the stairs were too tight for regular movers. They were able to come up with a solid solution with a material lift and did it safely. Thanks so much. You all were amazing!

We had Elite Movers come out to move a 6×12 Tuff Shed that Noone else wanted to move. They came over with a team of guys and had it moved in less than two hours! Very professional and very easy to work with!
