My dogs have been a patient here for many years, first with Dr Jensen and now with Dr Lackovic. They have always gone above and beyond to care for my dogs and have consistently provided excellent care. The staff are all wonderful and I highly recommend Prairie Lane Veterinary Hospital!!

This place is awful. My dog ripped half his toe off on a Tuesday afternoon and the receptionist said she couldn't see him for 3-4 days and to take him to urgent care. I did and he received 6 stitches. Over the weekend he got a hold of his paw and ripped out his stitches causing an infection. Sunday evening he lost control of his bowels. I called again first thing (7:00) on Monday morning hoping they could squeeze him in as we have been a loyal customer of this clinic (when it was Dr J and mobile animal clinic) since 2007. Nope! She didn't even ask what was wrong with my dog or offer any advise. Just said they have a vet out of the office and can't see my dog for 3-4 days. Absolutely NO COMPASSION. Please don't take your pet here. I called another veterinary clinic and they were booked solid for the day but, after hearing my story...because THIS receptionist actually asked what was wrong, told me to bring him in for an emergency appointment. I will never bring another pet to Prairie Lane clinic.

Prairie Lane Veterinary Clinic (Formally Mobile Animal Clinic) Our dog had a horrible night of distress and it was painfully obvious that she needed help crossing the Rainbow Bridge. When I called to set up an appointment ( she is a patient there) I was asked if I had ever tested positive for Covid19. I said yes and that I was 23 days out. They first said no, unless I wanted them to take her and NOT allow me to be with her. Then they said that an IV would be started and they would bring her to the car to die. Then they would come and get her after she passed. Wow, just wow. Fortunately we found another vet who showed compassion to us and our baby. Shame on them, NEVER will I return with any pet and will advise others to do the same.

The staff member Dana kept hanging up on me instead of answering my question. She cut me off when I asked her about payment. I called her three times and she kept interrupting me and saying, "the doctor will be right with you."

I have been going to this clinic for many years, maybe around 20! Although the staff has changed drastically in the past several years, I am still a big fan. I just met Dr. Haney for the first time. She was great in every way!

This is the second year we have taken our pets to Mobile Animal Clinic. I had been with Northwest Animal Hospital previously for the last 25 years. I just live too far away from them however so had to get a closer vet. The staff and vets there are all friendly and caring. I had to take my 10 year old standard poodle there today for yearly shots and to check out her health. They called me several times as well as sent automated texts which I really appreciate-They came out to the car and took her in and said they would call me when the vet was done to go in for the summary. I was concerned that she seemed lethargic and also had accidents in the house which is very unlike her. I couldn't afford $130 for full blood work so we settled on a ua for $40. Turns out she has a large tumor in her bladder- cancer. He didn't charge me for the medicine AT ALL because she has to take a pill a day for life... at $2/ pill daily. He charged me only the office visit, shots, and UA. He has only been a vet for 6 years but that didn't stop him from from doing a stellar job diagnosing my dog AND cat from some pretty vague symptoms and coming up with the right treatment. I'm hard to please and was very impressed. The prices aren't the cheapest but I've seen a lot higher. The service and convenience can't be beat though. I will recommend this to all my friends.
