Worst experience ever. Waited 2 ours for someone to pick me up at the body shop, no one ever came. Had my son pick me up and bring me to this location, arrived at 3:45 left at 5:45 they were supposedly getting me a car. One I received the car it was so filthy that you could not see out of the windshield to drive, they said their carwash is broken. Had to take the car to a car wash so I could drive it.

Absolutely terrible! they called me the night before I got into town and told me they had NO car to rent to me, not one. This is after I made the reservation online and it was accepted, picked out the truck and everything. They called at 8pm so most places were closed. Such an inconvenience.

The staff here is amazing. They were able to help get me a car when my insurance company booked the wrong date and were able to get me a ride to the rental cat lot in a short amount of time. The rental car was in great shape and the tires were good and were able to handle some rough snowy weather.

I had to wait almost an hour for a car I’d reserved for a specific time. When the woman took me out to show me the car, she told me I looked pregnant (I am not).The rental was for one day, and I returned it after less than 12 hours, but they charged me for four days. They sent me FOUR emails to rate their service and said to reply to the emails if I had any problems. I told them about being overcharged and received no response.I then called the location to ask for my money back and the woman on the phone said “well, we should get you that refund.” That was three weeks ago and I still have not been refunded for the extra three days they overcharged me for, nor have I heard from anyone at Enterprise. This location seems very poorly managed.

Worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise. Adriana the manager told me multiple lies. I had to not take the RWD Charger she tried to give me in January, which she lied and said was FWD and go to a different location. Fortunately Cedric at the Millard Ave location took good care of me. I will never go back to this location on Maple.

I had a wonderful experience getting my rental car from Adrianna! She explained the policies to me in detail, what my insurance will cover, and what I would have to cover! She was professional, polite, well versed, and extremely kind! She made my day!!!

Called and asked for a luxury mid size SUV and was told to come in the next day because they’d have something available. On arrival they tried to put me in a HR-V which obviously was neither mid size nor luxury. Luckily they had a Range Rover come in, which when I got in and smelled terribly of marijuana and was generally dirty, which they couldn’t possibly have not known. Took it because I figured it would air out and at least it was the type of vehicle I was looking for. Quickly had a low coolant light come on, then a maintenance light because the oil change was overdue. Called the store and was told they did not have a comparable replacement so I was given the option to take it in for service at tires plus myself which I did. After 2 hours at the tires plus I was instructed to go to (weird place to service a Range Rover) I found out it also needed tires and brakes and was told it wouldn’t be safe to continue driving. I reached out to this location and was instructed to go to the airport location for a replacement vehicle as this store didn't have a comparable replacement available. Airport store told me they get this all the time with people being told they’d have a luxury car available and in fact do not have any cars available. Ended up going back to the store and driving a mini van for the remainder of my time. Poor communication, poor availability, poorly maintained vehicles. Wasted several hours of my time. I should have rented from Turo or another business in town and will be doing so in the future.Edit: I was also told they would remove the prepaid gas charge and comp it due to the fact that I drove all over town trying to service and replace their vehicle. After reviewing the receipt it turns out I was still charged.

The car was dirty in the inside and raggedy on the outside. They lie about there prices given you one price when you check in and when you return the car it’s a total different price.

We are repeat customers at this location. Jalen and Dalton took such great care of our family's need! Professional and helpful which the car selection! The matching Christmas sweaters throughout the office showed that team/family driven.
