One of your truck drivers cut us off in a very dangerous way and then proceeded to flip us off. He followed us into the Bucee's after that. This happened on I-44 at 6:30pm, Aug. 20th, about 30 miles west of Springfield, MO. Texas license plate - K18 9041.
Do better at filtering out road ragers, this is ridiculous.

Marco and Robert just delivered my new sofa sleeper. They were so efficient in getting the old sofa out and then putting the new in the room. No scratches on floors or walls. I really appreciated their professionalism. Robert even explained how to do something on my phone so they could have directions on how to get here. Great job.

The selection was great! I had picked a few online, and Julie Mendel knew right where they were located and suggested a few similar options. She was knowledgeable about which leathers were best for our circumstances and what colors would work. She had good suggestions about cushions and how to tailor them for our needs. We had a too-notch experience at Ethan Allen in Omaha.

We had purchased 2 very expensive electric recliners which were delivered 3 months later. Both recliners were defective upon delivery and needed to be repaired. After several discussions with Ethan Allen and their repair partners, the recliners were finally repaired 6 months later. According to Ethan Allen, I was responsible for disposing of the old, large parts that were replaced. We are very disappointed with the apparent poor quality assurance process and repair process associated with Ethan Allen furniture.

I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of my Ethan Allen furniture. Beth at the design center is a pleasure to work. She takes my style and elevates it to the next level.
I would like to add to my review as we have worked more with Beth since my last review.
We have furnished our new home with Ethan Allen furniture, accessories and window coverings. Beth Hansen at the Omaha center has been amazing. She has an excellent talent for putting colors and patterns together. Beth has a skill for design and has made our home beautiful. When guests come in, they instantly complement our home. I would recommend Beth to anyone who is looking for an exceptional designer who will make your home a place you love even more.

Store associates were helpful and insightful —pleasant experience overall. Delivery was as expected. Our swivel chair is comfortable and well made. That said, there may be an issue with the fabric fraying/pilling after one week of usage. Time will tell if and how this continues!?
