I went in just to look around, Eduardo was helping me out my plan was just to look, but Eduardo put me behind the wheel of a beautiful Audi, He gave me a great price I couldn't pass it up so I ended up driving home with it. Today, I bought a Chevy Tahoe from Exclusive. From the time I walked in the door until the deal was done, I felt like a friend of the family. Eduardo and Murod are the best and I would recommend them to anyone in my life. We laughed and joked which makes you feel like you’re at home. Thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable. Wanted to test drive a truck that i was told had a clean title over texts, but when I get there the guy tells me it has a salvage title.. Not the end of the world but still a lie. Then I was texting them about grabbing it on my lunch break and bringing it back after work since my lunch break isn't that long, I was told not a problem... again after I drive all the way there, they don't allow that and wouldn't let me take the truck. So wated my lunch hour to not test drive a truck I was lied to about just to get me there... also I have never received any estimates on my trade in after was told multiple times they'd send me an email

Make sure he sticks to his promises when it comes to fixing things.He was supposed to repair my radio but he didn't fix it. Make sure to get it in writing from him.

I purchased a car from this place a year ago and I really recommend this place the person who helped me out made my first time car purchase experience very easy and was so helpful they were getting ready to close and they still took me in and I felt no pressure, I had traveled from Topeka ks and I walked out with a 2016 Honda civic!. I liked how the guy really went into detail about the car overall this place is great for your car hunt needs!

A fantastic dealership with the best management and staff! Bought my Toyota Camry at Exclusive Motors and could not have been happier with the experience or the service they provide. Expected me to do a credit app before test driving a vehicle was asinine. I don't give my ss number out that easily and I protect my identity through an Experian lock all the time.
Honestly, I felt profiled, but can't prove it. What business requires a loan application to test drive a previously salvaged car (branded title), unless an unfavorable peraonal judgment against me was made.
Needing to apply for credit worthiness first, despite having a fluctuating 820- 850 credit score, making roughly 74k working in the pharmaceutical industry and having a very low debt ratio was insulting to me, not finding out this information was ridiculous, but a sales agent/owner not even offering to ride along instead was the most insulting and uninviting act. Good luck. I won't stop in again despite the friendliness. I recommend that if they do not require you to apply for a loan, you'll know I was certainly profiled.
Honest review. I rarely give a bad review.

I’m editing my review from 2 years ago. I did have some problems with the vehicle after initially purchasing it like 2 wheel-bearings needing replaced within a few weeks to a few months of purchase. I just wish they would have disclosed that that work needed to be done. Maybe they didn’t know. However, despite how upset I was about having to repair those issues so soon after buying this car, it’s been super solid since. This is probably the best car I’ve ever had. Every mechanic who looks at it tells me what a great car it is. The purchase was definitely worth it overall. My Camry has made it across the country multiple times and is a super reliable vehicle. I haven’t had any other issues with my car since the wheel-bearing debacle. I love my car.

Bought a Subaru from Murod and had a great experience. Drove in from sioux falls, got the keys and went on test drive. Came back and they told us about the repairs done(was a previously salvage vehicle). We knew the car wasn't perfect, but the deal was. Happy customer so far
