Im such a last minute shopper. I needed a dress for friend’s wedding and checked so many stores with no luck of finding anything! I was already overwhelmed and stressed i came into express and i had two employees who greeted me and also helped me find a few pieces to try, i asked for their honest opinion when i showed them the outfits they pulled for me. They were phenomenal so sweet and i was able to find a super cute little black dress it was also 30% off and i also signed up for point so that was an additional $10 off, total score!!! Thank you thank you! I didnt the girls names but i am very appreciative of them!!

Never been into this store before i always pass by it but as soon as i walked in I was greeted by the employees and was told on the daily sale which was buy one get one 50% off jeans, they kept checking on me and offered me fitting room. Never had this kind of experience else where honestly will definitely be come back everyone was very welcoming and friendly!

This afternoon I shopped at Express looking for slacks to wear for an upcoming job interview. I was politely greeted by Nay and she was so sweet and kind. She helped me with picking out some pants and she kept checking on me in dressing room to see how things were going and if I needed any different sizes. She even came back to let me know she was heading out and if I needed anything else and explained that the manager and another young lady would be available if I needed anything else. Talk about going over and beyond. Nay was Absolutely amazing and great clothing stylist.

Mary at the Westroads store gave me the best customer service that I have ever had. World class. She listens, she is knowledgeable and has a way about her that any customer can feel like they are getting 100% effort from her. I actually wasn't shopping at the time and left with a great pair of jeans that Mary helped me decide on. Thank you Mary

I just left this store and had the most amazing experience! I was able to work with Mary and she is a true professional. I went to Express yesterday with my dad. A wonderful worker named Mary helped me as I picked out clothes and even had a changing room ready! She was so so kind, and I had complimented the way the store was organized. Express at Westroads definitely has workers that care about their store and the way it looks! Everything was clean and tidy, clothes all organized and it has a calm atmosphere overall. Will definitely be returning. Being there made my shopping experience amazing! I walked in expecting to look around and came out with wonderful clothes and having experienced a kind interaction with Mary. Thank you!

I just want to take a moment to recognize an extremely helpful Express employee. Mary was kind helpful and had a positive attitude. She helped me find a sweater dress in my size and even helped me zip up the strapless jumper. Her customer service skills are outstanding and she is truly an asset to the company. Had she not been so personal and helpful I probably wouldn’t have purchased that day. My experience at the store was so positive that I am excited to go back to this store. Mary!! She was a life saver. My mom and I went to Westroads to find a gift for my pregnant sister. Nowhere in the entire place had maternity. We walked past Express and thought, MAYBE. MAYBE they have a section. And while they didn’t have a mater its section, they had Mary. And Mary came through. She pulled so many looks that worked for a bump and we walked out with three massive bags. She is a Christmas miracle. Thank you Mary!!

I used to love this place however things have changed! the staff at this store are awful. Everyone is mad and acts like they hate there job. Tried to return some items and it was a awful experience. Never again - don't waste your money with this company. The district manager needs to be fired for allowing the store to run like this.
