Me and my mom went in to return some jeans because they were too big. When we got to the counter, a really kind employee was doing the transaction when his manager told him he could not do the return nor an exchange because the jeans were purchased more than 60 days ago. We were confused because she hadn’t even looked at the purchase date on the receipt and we asked her to check it to make sure and she was very rude and proceeded to say they were purchase on 11/20 which was way past the 60 days. We weren’t trying to argue so we grabbed the jeans and left the store. A few seconds later we realized what she had just said and the dates were not making sense so we walked back in and found her reading the fine print on the return policy and said that she wasn’t going to do the return. We then gave her the receipt and told her we had until the 19th of January which gave us plenty of time to return. She then got mad and started yelling at us saying she didn’t know and had never said anything about it being too late to return. We were so over it and just wanted to get rid of the jeans and she threw the receipt at us and walked away after the transaction. We love express but we will no longer be shopping here due to the disrespectful managers working here. This is not the first time we had a bad encounter with her and her customer service has always made us dread walking in the store. To the express customer service, please do something about your customer service.

One of the best retail stores I have been to lately. Everone on the staff obviously cares about their product and presentation and the customer service is outstanding

Bought 2 pairs of pants, I told the cashier that they left the security tags on and they said no I didn’t and got argumentative. I left because I thought I would just go back later and get someone else to remove them because it wasn’t worth the nonsense of that cashier’s attitude. Went back to the store an hour later and to the other cashier who then ripped into me that I needed to have said something at the time. I know that labor shortages are a real thing but ffs it can’t be so bad that you have to hire people that try to fight with customers for saying that they left security tags on when they actually left security tags on.

Best customer service I receive every time I visit the store specially the store manager there Mary she is very welcoming and pleasant along with being helpful….I keep going back to the store only because of her

The service at this location sucks. The sales associates do not acknowledge you when you're in the store. They provide very little assistance and aren't very friendly. The reason for three stars is that I can always find a nice trendy outfit and love the quality of the clothes.

We stopped in today to get new business suits and received top tier service from all the ladies at Express. Mary however was so outstanding! We will be back just to shop with her! Top rate customer service!

I visited this Express location last weekend and had a great experience. They were busy but I still felt attended to. The staff were so helpful the store looked really nice. I'm a person who shops on both sides of the store and was treated very respectably and was able to get into a dressing room quickly. Ryan checked out my items and was super friendly.

I definitely enjoyed my recent trips to this Express, I was absolutely blown away at the customer service that I received! From the store manager all the way down the line! The store was easy to shop, and organized. I was there looking for new jeans and tops, I was well taken care of by the whole team and any question I had got answered!! Thank you guys soooo much for making this a very memorable shopping experience!!! I will be back.

I have not been in Express and had a great time the other evening with my daughters. They wanted to buy everything. They have already made a list online of new purchases. My daughter even asked if they were hiring. Not realizing we were talking to manager. The other sales lady was just as welcoming. I read some of the other reviews but this was definitely not my experience. They asked if they could help me before we even started to get things try on. My youngest needed small long and they fit perfect.I will definitely be back.

I shop a lot at express for both casual and professional needs. The current employees are supper rude. They don’t even respond to a hi, they throw the bag at you when checking out. Extremely poor customer service. Too bad the westroad is the only location in Omaha.

I went to the store to exchange the shoes I got online because 1 pair is more loose than the other. When I walk, one of the shoe strap comes off. So I got to the cashier and nobody even acknowledge that I was there or tell me that I will be helped. There were 2 ladies there. A few minutes later I had to get their attention and ask them if I could exchange the shoes and I explained to them why. Then they were just looking at the shoes and saying there is nothing wrong with it so I explained to them again. And the pregnant lady who looks like a manager asked me what is going on and explained to her. Then they were just again, looking at the shoe and comparing the length and told me that there is nothing wrong with the shoe. 3 of the ladies now are staring at the shoe and looking at me like I was crazy. I explained again that it is not the length of the shoe it is the strap. so the manager asked the cashier to go and get me a new pair. And there faces looked like "ugh do I have to do this"?. When I got the new pair not only it was loose again it is also worn on the bottom. It seemed like it was tried on so many times in the store. So I told them that it was loose and looked at me again like I was just making it up. So I said I will get it myself and went ahead and tried 2 more and I found a better one that is more fitted than the 2 that I tried. Anyway they doesn't seem to be keen at helping me at all that I felt like it was my fault or I am crazy for coming and exchanging a perfectly looking shoe. This is my first time buying from Express online and the shoes were expensive and the quality is not even good for the price. A stitching is loose and there is a minute peel on the faux leather. I just really like the style of the shoe and couldn't find this style online. This would be my first and last time I would buy from Express or go to this store. In this mall I frequently shop at H&M, AE, VS and Hollister and the employees are always so nice and have a smile on their faces and they are happy to help. I am telling all my girlfriends, family and friends about my experience. I hope that Express team will get back to basics at treating every customer with patience, respect and as one customer that left a 1 star reviews for Express said, "THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE and a smile at the very least goes a long way." - RK's wife
