Submitted a pic of what I wanted they crammed all the letters together, admitted my fault for not having my glasses on upon approving it paid for it but the overwhelming part is the owner/mgr chase me to the parking lot to make it an issue. Harassing me told him to read the emails.
Really, You are not the only person whom is in this business, hope I helped pay your bills will never use y'all again. Your attention to details well I must say SUCKS! Never was rude to anyone I dropped off a Picture of what I wanted to a female was polite never talked with her again just you , daddy's little girl took advantage of a senior citizen wirh bad vision. She did attempt to rectify but it would cost me more money. Picture and spacing I assumed was simple some things are over others abilities of personality! Wish I could attach the emails 60 bucks + fees additional 45 bucks to keep both decals. Pathetic!

Have used this company quite a bit. Most recently on a big project involving lots of custom pieces, some trial and error in design work, and lots of revision.
