There are no supervisors to speak to the person on customer service phone is not helpful. Do not get your packages sent through FedEx ever they’re not helpful.

Took in a return via the drop off at Walgreens. Double checked and verbally confirmed she was going to put the return label on my package. I get a call 5 hours later from a FedEx center saying a label wasn’t put on and I needed to come down and provide the return label.
