Walked outside of my gate to go check the mail and found a FedEx envelope behind my trash can so that's what FedEx does they don't even walk to your door the way they're supposed to to deliver your package or your envelope they put it in the trash can I didn't find this out until my neighbor said that they didn't even bother to walk up to the door that they looked at the trash can they threw it there and they took off so thank you FedEx now I'm able to file a proper lawsuit against you guys

Over priced. They wont do anything without additional charges they don’t charge you anywhere else.
THEY HAVE A DROP OFF FEE FOR PRE PAID SERVICE!

I went to FedEx on the second floor of the Hilton hotel. Used their self-service station to print my stuff. Prices were a bit high, but I needed it done. It was pretty quick and hassle free.

I was treated like a complete inconvenience. I was asked if Farnam had one and I said no I had called to see. Then was told there’s plenty of fed ex drop offs around the area I just needed to go on the site as if I didn’t already do that. This was the closest one. I also didn’t have the package closed correctly and they made that very clear with being condescending. I will not be going back.

Went to drop off a pre-labeled package at this facility and they wanted to charge me an additional fee. What a total rip off.
