I went to FedEx on the second floor of the Hilton hotel. Used their self-service station to print my stuff. Prices were a bit high, but I needed it done. It was pretty quick and hassle free.

I was treated like a complete inconvenience. I was asked if Farnam had one and I said no I had called to see. Then was told there’s plenty of fed ex drop offs around the area I just needed to go on the site as if I didn’t already do that. This was the closest one. I also didn’t have the package closed correctly and they made that very clear with being condescending. I will not be going back.

Went to drop off a pre-labeled package at this facility and they wanted to charge me an additional fee. What a total rip off.

Do not ever go to this fedex. They are way too small, one employee is usually working and can't handle their job. They completely made a mess out of my shipping and was absolutely of no help. There should be no such thing as FedEx inside a hotel, they have no clue what they are doing. My package never got delivered because they "forgot" to change the zip code, I had to pay outrageous fees and they wouldn't even send the package back to me without charging me. Then they shipped the package to Mississippi and told me I can go get it whenever and it was suppose to go to Stockton, CA.

Prices marked up because it's in a Hotel. 2nd floor. By the time you park and get up there I just paid the extra cost, too much time was wasted at that point and FedEx knows it. I just parked in the 10 min parking spot, don't bother parking garage.

Well don’t come here because it’s not convenient you have to park in the garage walk a quarter-mile and go up to the second floor to a little tiny office that has no supplies and cannot process Amazon returns. I think I think it’s simply a way for the hotel to add a “benefit” for convention people. Don’t don’t try to park anywhere but the garage because somebody will come out in 20 seconds flat and instead of asking to help you they will tell you to park in the garage. Just a great energy in this facility.

First of all it's almost impossible to find tucked away in the Hilton hotel. We drove past it twice. Then we had to park in the hotel garage and walk 2 blocks to reach the building. No signs. When we finally got there the clerk said he didn't have any boxes large enough for our shipment. A complete waste of time

Horrible location almost impossible to find... I could only find a parking structure and you have to go through the hotel lobby no signs... lacking equipment to package and ship things

This is a "convenience" location on the second floor of the Hilton. There will be a "handling charge" in addition to the cost of shipping. FedEx should consider changing the name of these facilities so they do not appear in Google searches. I had to pelican cases that would have cost an additional $70 for handling. Maybe I should have recognized it when there wasn't any parking and I had to go into the hotel. I was in a hurry in Omaha. Service was friendly.

Closed during business hours and can't print anything larger than 11"x17". Useless.

Great service with a very professional and upbeat employee, overall it's was a great experience and I had no complaints.
