At a FedEx ship center, you can ship packages. You can ship things anywhere in the world. You’re less likely to have your package lost by FedEx than any other shipping company. FedEx is way better run than the US post office, and it treats its employees better than you pay us and DHL and Allis.

I drop off packages for my job several times per week most weeks...Kenny is the best! All the staff down there are friendly and helpful. God bless them!
Edit: I see a lot of reviews complaining about the automation/lack of human customer service. I don't like it as much as the next person, but you have to actually go into the store/building to get the quality human interaction.

We had a live animal (reptile) package get stuck at this distribution hub which would not have survived the weekend. Support gave us the runaround, then finally put us in contact with the night staff at this facility. The staff here went far above and beyond, dug through containers until they found our package, and let us pick it up at 10pm on Friday night. I am so impressed and so grateful for their care and dedication. Our new pet is alive and well!

I keep getting notifications of when it may arrive however I sit and wait, FedEx in Omaha, Nebraska won't even give out a phone number to talk to a human. They just direct you to a 800 number computer that only lies for FedEx in Omaha,Nebraska.

I don’t live in Omaha but had to stop here to ship some stuff while I was in town. I had to come give a 5 star review though for the above and beyond service that I received while there. Kenny S and Celeste M were so kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I get everything packed up. Usually when I go to a fedex they don’t ever offer to help pack but Kenny and Celeste happily did it. Thank you so much for your help!

If you feel uncomfortable with a driver and call to tell them, they will make sure that driver delivers to you EVERYDAY of the week even though you call them and tell them you are extremely uncomfortable dealing with that driver. Also, they never wear their masks no matter how many times you ask them
