I apologize for the delay in my review. However, I wanted to acknowledge the exceptional customer service of Jada, Josh and Savannah. This past winter my sisters and I came in needing to get an enlarged photo of my Mom for her funeral. Jada, Josh and Savannah were not only able to meet our needs in a professional and courteous manner but they were able to accommodate a last minute change and still deliver on time. Thank you all so much for going over and above. It was very much appreciated during this difficult time for our family.

In a world where customer service seems to have gone the way of the dinosaur, this FedEx location gives me hope. They have been more than helpful, amazing with their knowledge and abilities as well as a willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. I’ll never go anywhere else. Special shout-outs to Aly and store Manager Tabby.

It's not very often that you see someone go above and beyond for the customer. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Tabby. We were flying in for an event and she worked with us while we were remote. She sent us photos of the print, went back and forth to make sure our specifications were correct, printed everything, and even followed up to see how the prints went for out event.
BRAVO Tabby! We are very thankful for your effort.

We had an outstanding experience thanks to Tabby. We flew in from San Francisco with an urgent need to print over 60 posters, and she delivered flawlessly. Tabby was incredibly responsive—communicating via email and text even late into the evening—and made sure every detail was perfect. Despite our last-minute requests, she remained calm, efficient, and thorough. Her professionalism and dedication truly saved the day. Highly recommend working with her! She is AMAZING.

Updated: I called again and spoke with manager Jared, he was nice, apologized, is sending envelopes, still no discount offered for inconvenience x 3.
Do NOT use this location for printing services!! I would give negative 100 stars if it were an option. Not once, not twice, but three times they messed up my order!! The only reason I had to use them again was bc my kid uploaded her graduation invitations to their site. I ordered 200 invites with envelopes. 200 invites show up with no envelopes. I jump all the phone automated hoops and get someone on the phone finally. They said they will send the envelopes. 100 envelopes show up. I call again requesting the other 100 envelopes. They said they would send them. No envelopes show up. I call a week later again, requesting the other 100 envelopes I paid for weeks before!! The rude woman on the phone acts like it is my fault, “I’ll make this one time exception and send the envelopes”, WHAT??? I PAID for them weeks ago!! The rest of the envelopes finally show up. It ended up that we need another 100 invites with envelopes. I had to use them again bc they have the template my kid made and uploaded. I am not even kidding you, the invites show up with NO envelopes!!!! AGAIN!! Jump phone hoops and am currently waiting for the manager to call me back. They have offered NO compensation any of the times I have called and were even rude! Idk if their computers are messed up and not pairing the envelopes with the invitation orders or what!!?? A JOKE!! It’s not like they are cheap either! Horrible customer service and this location has a MAJOR problem in their shipping department. I do not live in Omaha, I live over 3 hours away. If we had not ordered invitations so early they could have caused some major damage and all the while, being jerks about it! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION for printing services!!

The new location is much more convenient and also cleaner and better. There were 4 employees in the store, and they were very helpful. I did not know that they can scan blueprints and can do large lamination. It is good to know.

Crappy service! Charged me to ship a pre-paid package and when I called to alert them, got funneled into AI-bot hell! Ship with UPS - they at least answer the phone when you call!

After waiting 30 minutes for 4 color prints, the person helping me printed the wrong size (larger than I asked for). I told him I didn’t ask for the larger size and I didn’t really want to pay for it. But I’d take them for the price of what I asked for. Instead, he threw the prints away and made me wait ten more minutes to print it on a smaller sheet. Very slow, very unhelpful, very poor communication. I’m regretting purchasing a black and white printer for my home.

Tabby was very helpful throughout the whole process! She helped me with a project for my work - I could tell she really cared and wanted to make sure it came out great. I come to this location to print for work and for personal freelance projects. I’ve been happy with the outcome everytime!
