This is pathetic and childish, on 12/22/23I got there @ 6.56pm they saw me parked (a lady and dude) and yet they went ahead and closed the door before the closing time which is 7pm.I understand you have to go home, but don't wait till the client is by the door to close it, especially if its not closing time yet. Like they literally saw me parked. This is ridiculous ?.

I live in an apartment building and every time I order something and they use FedEx for delivery, I never get the package. The delivery people don't care where they leave your packages that you worked hard to pay for. Outside the building on the sidewalk, in a whole other building when the address is clearly posted. And trying to get them on the phone to ask about it, takes even longer than expected. I no longer want to order anything anymore for fear this will happen again. It's sad when you live somewhere where they steal your package but also to have a delivery service that doesn't even care about it!

So after a horrendous experience at office Max I came here to get some color copies made. What a difference! Clean store, three different employees greeted me. The man who helped me was courteous, clean and did the order perfectly. Nothing but good things to say.

The staff is perfectly fine at this location—I’ve had no problems with them and they seem solid. Review is based on this location being in absolutely one of the worst parking lots in Omaha, and with very little customer parking for pickup or drop off. Absolutely disappointing choice to move the Fedex office into this strip mall—ruins the whole experience every time. Corporate, I hope you’re paying attention.

Take your international shipments elsewhere, is my advice. Two different employees could not figure out how to handle a prepaid return label to Hong Kong. The second one was rude about it.

My car got hit 6/25/2019 by Susan M. Hansen FedEx truck driver in Omaha,NE. and a month later, I received a letter from my insurance saying the FedEx does not want to pay for my damage. I just want my car fixed.. please contact me.

I always have to put in orders by email because their website is full of bugs and never works. Called today to make sure they got my order via email and a guy said they were not taking email orders anymore even though my email was replied to saying they were going to complete the order. He told me to use website or call customer service. Even though I had no time to call customer service I did and they would not let me get through with the issue I was having since it was an automated line. Went to Office Depot. It was cheaper, they can work with you hands on and not force you to go through a dysfunctional website.

The staff (Heidi, Tabby, etc.) is excellent, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and friendly.My business card order was well, and quickly handled at a reasonable price.And they tolerated my jokes. They didn't see puns as punishment.

Prices went up, service was ok and now they close super early. I remember when they were open 24hrs, that was perfect for someone like me who's a overnighter.Update...I up them up to 4 stars. I recently went in to have some stuff printed. Between the shock of the cost now and being on limited time, by the time I got home I realized that I didn't get my flash drive back. Went back the next day and they couldn't find it. The girl that originally helped me wouldn't be back for a couple days. So the lady (I'm assuming she was the manager) took my name, address and phone number and said she would ask her when she got back. And instead of making me drive back across town for the 3rd time, they mailed it to me when they found it. I received my flash drive and am very pleased with their customer service!

FedEx is more than just a shipping store. As the name implies you can do a great deal of printing at this location as well. I only needed a few copies and the counter help was exceptionally helpful, took me right to the machine showed me how it worked, and I was out of there in less than five minutes.The good news is that for the number of copies that I made the price was a good value, and in light of Covid restrictions you can pay right at the machine with a credit card instead of having to wait on another line at the counter. Services at this location include anything you would need for office support including workstations.Located at the corner of Dodge and 72nd St. they are in the heart of Omaha with easy access and free parking. I suggest you check this place out should you need any printing, copying, or shipping support.
