Pete was great, very helpful and got my 200 page book printed double-sided color three hole punched with cover and edge binder plus sold me a three binder, finished in record time. About 15 or 20 minutes.
The copy machine does the three hole punch so it’s perfect.

It was the only place where they were able to do the large format lamination. 10 minutes wait and everything was done. Very helpful, the store is clean and well maintained

I'm sure the staff at this FedEX are amazing, but the customer service line is abysmal. I asked to get a package redirected to a closer FedEX pickup location as this one is far from me, and they just kept repeating the existing location's address like that was the question I was asking.

This staff at this FedEx is amazing, I print all my packaging labels here. They always are helpful, and price competitive. They want my business. I'm here at least once a week. Encourage everyone to give them a try.

I was leaving town for a conference at 6am on Wednesday. Created a project that needed to be printed and picked up by Tuesday. Deann was great to work with, got the job done and took a load of stress off of me. AWESOME customer service!! Thank you!!

Came in at 3:37pm on 5th of July and the employees were extraordinarily nice and helpful before I even walked in the door. Feels like they go out of their way to be nice and helpful.

I gave 1 star because I had to give at least 1. I just stopped at this location to drop off a package and the gal behind the counter took it and walked away from me, I ask if they could make copies from my zip drive and she so very rudely said yes but not now in a aggressive tone and told me to come back in 4 hours, then pointed to machines and said if I had a debit card I could do self service and walked away. Then went to her co worker to about me (next time speak in a quiet tone) then when I asked for a bag and walked away they again began to talk unpleasant about me. Very unprofessional maybe if they were a little more pleasent customers would be nice to them .

I own a small business and I’ve been using the West Center Oaks location in Omaha for custom printed and cut tags for around 14 years now. I order them approximately 1 to 2 times a year and I have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff have always been nice to work with in emails and in person, the ordering process is SO EASY (even with the long time between orders), the tags always look nice and are cut perfectly, the price is great, it’s fast and they are packaged nicely. I highly recommend them. I’ve never had to worry about the tags (quality or time) and as a business owner, one less worry is amazing. To anyone who has ever worked on my order, thank you and I appreciate you.

I had to pick up a large package from this location today and it wouldn’t fit in the back of my car without folding down the backseats. Unfortunately I couldn’t do that because I have two car seats for my kiddos is the back. Deanne was so kind! She helped me carry the large box to my car and get it loaded up. We eventually had to just take the items out of the box in order to get them to fit and Deanne helped me with the whole process and even took care of recycling the box for me. Thank you so much Deanne!

Stopped by today Friday at 4:20PM. Doors were locked. Lights on. No one inside. I called. No answer. I was 1 of 3 people waiting. We all left. Hello?
