Worst of the worst, the black kid working the counter can't figure out how to make copies, and do a proper scan of the original...inexperienced & rude. Other customers came in & he had a hard time with them also, wasn't polite to white people, you could tell his prejudice. He needs to be fired, tell me this? Are these big corporations obligated to hire black people just on their color regardless of their inability to comprehend basic computer skills and customer service? It shows....Fed x Kinkos a WOKE corporation!!!

I use to always print and bind my presentation at this store and would get them in 3 to 4 hours . Went in to the store today two reps there elbows on the counter no customer.When I asked to get a presentation printed and bound I was told it would be Monday or Tue before they could do it.What happen to Fed Ex supporting small business. Guess that's why UPS is doing so good. I went to UPS on center took the presentation in at 2PM and received e-mail it is completed at 4:30 PM ready for pick up.

Visited this FedEx place to use the color copier machine and also had the opportunity to use the drawing table that acts as a paper trim-cutter. The fees are reasonable for color copies. they only need a flash drive, but you can also access files by internet sites such as Dropbox or using uploaded files through other various sources. There is no need to locate a desktop computer these days. The business also sells motivational books and popular office supplies. The employees are quick to help, if needed, but the majority of things are self-managed and paid by your credit card. The process takes minutes to complete and available parking ample throughout the strip mall location.

I’ve only used this place to print copies of brochures for me. The quality of the job was good but they’re super expensive. Also I have dealt with Celine here a few different times and she was simply not pleasant to deal with. She acted like she was irritated by my calls and questions.

I needed a custom size envelope to mail a large family portrait. Customer service was exceptional. They creatively and securely packaged the portrait for me and offered multiple shipping options. Great price, great service - highly recommend.
