One of the nicest young men that I have ever met delivered my propane yesterday. I think his name was Demarquis. Very friendly, helpful and filled with joy. I am hopeful to see him again.

The staff out of Omaha’s have provided top notch service on a couple occasions recently. One in helping me procure and install a new 1,000 tank and most recently in helping me reposition a second 1,000 gal tank on new footings. They were friendly, helpful, on time and thorough in their efforts. Thanks Ferrellgas!

I have always had good service from Ferrellgas. My service driver today was Justin and he was polite and filled the tank quickly. Ive always good service from Ferrellgas.

I've have gotten propane from other company's before trying Ferrellgas, why would anyone choose anyone but Ferrell, the ordering, on line ease, customer service and high quality personnel, I'll never use anyone else.

Your pricing is not competitive. Every year I call a few of the local propane vendors for pricing and your consistently the highest price by far. I know the markets are volatile but your pricing is never really close to the competitors.

Remember that time in February when I called and asked to pay the emergency fee to make sure that my tank was filled and the lady didn’t think I needed to pay it but I insisted, and she confirmed, and then I ran out of propane at 4 am that Saturday, my 9 year old’s birthday party day, while she lay sleeping on a ventilator, and then the emergency number stopped answering because they said I didn’t pay for the fee and had no record of any such conversation, and I live streamed the whole thing on Facebook? I would definitely recommend Ferrell Gas for your propane needs in Hell…. I thought I might have seen the puppy I surrendered that week in Petco on Monday, because I felt it unethical keeping it in my 17 degree house that week. Have been waiting for a refund for 8 months now. Have called 10 times requesting refund and every single time it’s “let me get your name & number and we’ll call you back.” They have yet to call me, I am constantly calling them to get my refund. Beware of this company.

Make sure you call for fill orders when your tank is above 60% if you wait until it is lower than that you m ight run out of propane since it always takes a minimum of 2 weeks to deliver after you order... if you can even get someone to deliver.... I reccomend looking into other local companies for delivery since their service has declined severely in recent years....

Paid $545.00 to come out same day and fill 200 gallons only to come home and find my tank still empty. They said they came out and found there was a leak. I paid a plumber to come out only t tell me there was no leaks. Paid another company to come out and test it and fill it the same day for $300. I emailed the email they tell everyone on here to email with no response. I called and they said they credited my account 200.00.I asked to refund the full amount. No response no refund. Next step is hire an attorney.Buyer beware

I have used Ferrellgas for many years both personally and in business. Recently have had a temporary tank for a new home build and have recieved terrible service both filling and removal of the tank from jobsite. I call and call and they never get the request for removal of the tank completed. Still waiting after 2 weeks.

I took 4 30 g tanks to be filled at Ferrelgas. 2 of them needed new valves. I asked the gentlemen what we needed to do to fix it and he told me that he couldn't fill them and couldn't take them back home with my other tanks because it was too much per DOT or something, so I could pay $5 a tank to leave them there. He finally figured out that he could replace the valves which is what I asked about initially. He said he could order them and I could pick up the tanks with new valves filled probably within a few days and I would get a phone call. A couple weeks go by, so I reached out and got a call back that the valves were on backorder and they had no idea when they would arrive but would call me when they were in and ready. So another few weeks go by, and when I contact them again they said my tanks were ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick them up, a nice man got them for me and let me know that he was told to resell the tanks because the lady never came to pick them back up. I was shocked, I let him know that was ridiculous because no one called me and that I appreciate that he didn't resell those tanks.

I have a contract and they are supposed to keep tank full. They let it get under 10% and I have called 3 times. Poor customer service. It has been a week now and they Keep telling me 2 days. Now the weekend comes and still no gas delivery. It’s no wonder they have a low review rating on Google and everywhere else smh
