We couldn’t be happier with our new double-sided fireplace designed and installed by Fireplace Stone and Patio. We experienced great service from start to finish; beginning with Alex in the showroom, Brenden in design, Dustin and the framing crew, to Kenny and the masonry crew. They communicated with us throughout the entire process, which was truly appreciated. The end result is fabulous! We look forward to many years of enjoyment and relaxing around our fireplace.

I like this place, but if you want something simple, like a bag of pellets or some seasoning, you have to ask the guys at the desk to get them from the back room for you. I don't really understand why they are hidden from the main store. People are helpful, but it is annoying that you can't look through the selection of types of pellets before you purchase something.

The young man that provided the service for our fireplace was polite, knowledgeable, thorough and prompt. The work was top drawer and reasonably priced. We intend to use Fireplace Stone and Patio of Nebraska for all of our fireplace-related needs. We recommend highly. Thanks for being there.

After witnessing countless, almost accidents caused by your sales guys bad driving. I’m leaving a bad review, from almost sideswiping a concrete trucks, to trying to push a semi into the center island on the interstate, to leaving the truck running while going into QT, to almost causing a 3 car pile up because your sales guy doesn’t know how to merge. Your guys do it all! While they are driving your trucks, they are represent your company to the fullest.

After getting no more than a year or two out of patio furniture purchased at home improvement stores we decided to check this place out. It is pricey, but I figured if I bought some furniture with a good warranty, it would work out about the same as buying every two years. The chairs we got are the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, within about 3 years of purchase, my chair started having some issues so I prepared for a warranty fight. Wayne took care of everything. Few text messages, a few pictures and my chair was fixed. Not many places do customer service like these folks do anymore. Glad to be a customer and couldn't be happier with my furniture or the overall experience

We've used FSP to replace inserts and stonework for two projects in our last two houses. We'll be using them again to put in another in the near future.The whole process is seamless and stress free. Everyone you work with, from sales to install, are amazing.
