Brought my truck in three weeks ago to get a power steering pump done and magically. It don’t start now it’s having electrical issues now that it never had before. it keeps dragging out trying to figure out what’s causing it. My truck ran fine when it went in should run fine when it comes out just getting a power steering pump done this is getting extremely frustrating because I run a business and I need my truck. this is really disappointing with fire stone because I’ve been a lifetime customer, really question coming back to fire stone and I had a master mechanic at Chevy. Tell me sounds like they arc the ACU. and I feel like they’re trying to do everything to put it on me The guys have been friendly down there, but nothing’s getting done with my truck and this is getting very frustrating and if he take your vehicle out, they leave everything took apart classy fire stone, and the District manager is a real class act don’t take here this is a shady tree mechanic shop

They are arrogant and dishonest. I scheduled my appointment for one day then that day they told me it was the next day. I left my car at 8am and at 1:20pm I called to ask and they hadn't even done anything. I told them I wanted new tires, an oil change and a general checkup. I arrived at the store after 2pm and my car had not even moved. I wasted my day, my time, I missed school because of the ineptitude of these people and they still act like they were doing me a favor. Don't you think they already have enough bad reviews? The owners of this store should pay attention. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Dropped car of Saturday and told it would probably be Monday before it was looked at. Called Sunday to check and see and told should be looked at first thing Monday morning. Called at noon on Monday and told next one up. Called ar 5pm and told not looked at yet. Recover call on Tuesday and told car needed oil change and quoted price but they had a $24 off coupon. Went to pick it up and coupon not honored and was told I was never told that. Been going to to Firestone stores for years and this one is the worse by far

Made an appointment for an oil change. Dropped off key after hours with a coupon printed off of their website for $29.99. Next day got a call saying car was ready and total was $114. I asked about the coupon and was first told he didn't know anything about a coupon. Then was told coupon didn't cover my vehicle. I understand if the coupon wasn't applicable but shouldn't a phone call have been made saying as much before working on the vehicle for nearly 4 times the cost?

The place is run by scammers pure and simple. I took my van in to get an alignment and the told me that first they'd have to replace the front control arms on both sides because the bushings and ball joints were bad. I am a mechanic and had just replaced the control arms, tie rod ends and inner tie rods, as well as the sway bar links and struts on the passenger and driver side within the past three days. The new parts had less then two miles on them (I chose Firestone because it was close, literally the only reason), and the clown of a manager they have had the gall to say that the parts were worn? I asked to be shown the worn parts after telling them the parts were brand new and was told that I couldn't go back in the service bay. After a an extremely rude exchange with the manager (I'm guessing that's his position) I asked for my keys so I could go elsewhere. I took my vehicle to another service who after hearing my story inspected the parts and found them to be in the condition I had stated: brand new. long story short don't go to firestone, their number one priority is ripping you off.

Well it took Firestone 2 Days to repair my tire that I already had taken off the truck for them. It should have been a simple plug job. However when I got it back it still leaked. I took it back with it on the vehicle. Did really listen to me why I brought it back. And right way said it was the sensor. I knew it wasn't. After a 2 hour wait they then told me they couldn't find the problem and tried sending me to another Firestone. So frustrated at that point. We left with the tire still leaking and unfixed. Long story short. Took it straight to Discount Tires. It took them less than 5 min to find the problem. Conclusion I had to buy a new tire because Firestone gouched my tire on how they tried to fix it and was unrepairable because of their work. Firestone failed to tell me what they did. I will be calling Corp office this Monday for further explaining and major complaint. Very un exceptable and very angry. It ended up $247.00 for a $20 fix and never got a refund. It sad they didn't even own up to what they did and had to lie about it. And let us leave there with an unsafe tire on our vehicle. And knowing we were using this vehicle to drive on a trip and didn't seem to care driving it on the highway with and unsafe tire.
I've always had decent business with Firestone for the most part before this but after this I will probably never go back nor recommend them.

Completely unprofessional staff. I scheduled an oil change at 5:00 PM today. I handed over the keys to staff and at 6:30 PM again came back to collect my car but they did not do the service and told me to pick it tomorrow. They should have atleast informed the plan when they scheduled the appointment.

Terrible service. I came to get new tires and my car aligned on 08/04/2024. When I got there to go pick up my car I got in and saw the plastic of the control where the shift gear is located damaged. I went back and told the guy at the counter my issue. He was nonchalant about it and told me to come back the following day to get it fixed. The guy had said he was missing a part that had to be ordered. I waited a couple days went back turns out he never ordered the part. He proceeded to pretend to order the part and told me he would call me back. He made a comment looking annoyed saying that since he was a nice guy he would fix what was broken. He told me I had no reason to be annoyed because eventually my car was going to break? Whatever that means. It is now 08/21/2024 and he never gave me a call back. Avoid if possible very rude. Never returning to this location again. The first picture is how I got my car. The second picture is how it looks now. It’s even more damaged since the part was never fixed and the shift gear kept pulling on the broken plastic. I told all my mutuals to never come to this place.

Paid them almost $50 to fix my headlight. Came to pick it up after paying and my headlight was still out. Rediculous, and cannot warn people enough to stay away.

Front desk attendant is willing promise to have a diagnosis on my SUV with in 24 hours, call couples times to check on the status and he keeps saying is next in line, after 72 hours, we end up picking the SUV and he refuses to released and no Diagnosis was complete. Very poor service.

When they made my alignment it didn't look right, I came back to have it corrected and they just made me turn around stupidly and they don't care about fixing their mistakes so I better went to the one in Iowa, they found the best time for me and they left it excellent.

I had them do a complete brake job front and back of my truck. A couple months after they were done my front driver side caliper locked up and caught on fire. They looked over the brakes and said some parts were missing free of charge. Next I have my truck being worked on at DC automotive for the rear differential and their mechanic noticed something wrong with my rear brakes. Turns out again missing certain parts and pads were already worn down and about to start grinding. If you know anything about Brakes the rear ones don’t go out that fast. Firestone doesn’t even know how to do a basic job.
