On short notice on a Sunday, the Firestone shop that I frequently visit was able to change a tire from an unrepairable flat in a short amount of time. These guys at Firestone are great!

I needed a four wheel alignment. I made an appointment at the store, but was able to drop the car off in the morning. They completed the alignment and completed the alignment several hours earlier than expected. Very happy with the service and the repair.

So incredibly disappointed… After taking my car in to have new tires put on for the winter, my front left wheel started wobbling in about two weeks. Took it to a different mechanic to get that fixed, who discovered that the lug-nuts were only hand-tightened.
The next (and final) time I took my car to Firestone, I went to get my headlights replaced. Needless to say, my lights now have various issues, such as my left turn signal being permanently on when my full-brights are on, having my console lights flash when I use my left signal, and not having a working full-bright lamp in my right headlight.
TL;DR - DO NOT COME HERE, YOU’LL LEAVE WITH MORE PROBLEMS THAN WHEN YOU CAME.
