About FNBO
FNBO is a great place with great service. Customers recommend it to friends and family. Employees are described as great, sweet, excellent, handy, and amazing. They listen to concerns, handle transactions well, and are neat and organized. A key advantage is convenient hours, being open after 5:00 pm and on weekends inside Hy-Vee locations, which is very important for many. The in-store branches are handy and customers rarely have to wait long. This service can change minds about switching banks. The experience at these Hy-Vee locations is noted as totally different and very helpful, removing frustration. #AmazingCustomerService
