I strongly advise staying away from this establishment. They mistakenly gave my money to someone else and expected me to track the person down because of their mistake. Entrusting your money to them feels less secure than keeping it in your mailbox. For anyone who values privacy, security, time, and peace of mind, I recommend avoiding this unprofessional service provider.

Kaitlyn Cooper is so amazingly friendly and helpful! I had a little bit of some issues and she was there to help and talk me through it all! And was so patient with me which i appreciated so much! Ive been banking through here for 4 years and I definitely don’t ever regret it!

Nice to your face of course then when i left and got home I checked my account again online and it got closed. I'm going back to Wells Fargo for sure.

Very rude and snotty customer services reps. Besides the ATM being the slowest thing around, it NEVER works properly and when you bring it to their attention "well it is a 3rd party machine, we have nothing to do with that". ive tried making a deposit for 2 wks now. (sorry I have a day job and can't make it to the bank before they close, which is what the ATM is for) And although the ATM takes cash it will only allow $100 to be "available" Exactly why I opened an account through Metro Credit Union and after 20+ yrs, ill be closing this account

I checked in the lobby and sat and waited , another group came in shortly after me and stated their name and also checked in but magically were allowed before me… not sure if it was an age discrimination issue or what but it was pretty frustrating and I will be heading to a different branch ! Young college students don’t waste your time here.

Refused to let me withdraw money, and stated I just needed to use my debit card (implying that I have full access to my funds they just wouldn't help me). I directly lost money because of solely this, and I already have nothing in life. As a bank they will never refund any charges (late, miscellaneous, or other) or mishaps on their behalf. They do not care about the account holder, they care about your money. They will make things as difficult as possible and ultimately never make them right, even when you approach them through the proper channels. I highly suggest that everyone read some of the one star reviews because recently they have mirrored my experiences with FNBO. "We regret the service you received did not meet your expectations"-FNBO. Not only did it not meet expectations, it DIRECTLY caused me to lose money & they refuse to make the situation right.Speechless.

Awful experience.I have only been using this branch for about 6 months since moving to the area, but upon my most recent visit they elected to start charging a fee to withdraw funds and claiming this has always been the policy of the bank.This has NEVER been something I've had to pay at this bank in the previous 6 months that I've banked there or at any previous FNBO I've banked with.Additionally the head teller misgendered me to another teller while she was asking for clarifications on a minor error.Don't go this branch.Happy Pride month! Great way to make me feel welcomed!

They have to count your money by hand instead of using the cash counter which takes way longer .

I will be switching banks as soon as possible. A teller told my husband a large check would slowly release funds. That hasn’t happened (it’s been 5 days) and we called first National to be told the money is on hold indefinitely. This isn’t how you treat customers of 10 years. We have 3 checking accounts, a business account and a savings account and nothing they can do the week of Christmas. Some guy who wouldn’t speak to me directly just wanted the rep to pass it along that there’s nothing they can do. Extremely upsetting and I will happily tell everyone I know to avoid First National Bank.
