They were very unprofessional and I Do Not recommend banking with them I’ve banked with them twice and both times there were problems other banks do not have at all. I’d recommend putting your money in a shoe box before banking with this company

For 5 years we have made 3 attempts to have me removed from my ex husbands credit card. They have told him repeatedly that I was removed. I demanded it in writing this time as they told him that they have no such request from him. It took him talking to 6 different people to finally get this letter. We will see if that actually happens. They refused to give me any information about MYSELF. What is wrong with this system. I hope you go under just like all the other dirty banks that are going down!

Waited in line 10 minutes only to directed to a machine to count coins, then take that ticket and wait in line again for payout. They need some signage directing their customers of this machine so they don't waste their time.

Horrible teller’s they have attitudes and if you have too much money they ask you straight out where did you get it from???? It’s ridiculous the are unprofessional especially the Lead teller and the other young lady Ke and I guess the manager is ghetto too because we had to wait 30 minutes to get a cashier check

Went there to cash my check today because it was the closest branch to me and my employer banks with them. They'll charge you a 5 dollar fee if you don't have an account with them. Security National never charged me to cash a check they had issued. On top of that for the first time in my life a teller (Josh) called the main branch because my check was issued that day. Not a post dated check, he read my license number and name and where I work which due to privacy I really did not appreciate. This call also made me late for an appointment. If you have a First National issued check and no account, there's a Wal Mart in the same parking lot that will charge you a dollar less and give you less hassle cashing your First National issued check than First National. Based on this experience alone I'll never open an account with them nor cash my checks at any of their branches.
