Great Bank! Since Micah started working there this is the location I go to. He helped me with everything I needed and explained everything I needed to know about interests, loans and etc… I’d recommend this bank to friends and family members.

I’ve been going to this branch for 23 years every Friday to make a weekly deposit at 5:30pm. And today I go and discover the drive thru now closes at 5:30pm instead of 6:00pm. Very very irritated!!

I opened an account with this bank through a store near me. They tried to pull my funds from my savings account instead of checking. It bounced because the funds weren't in that account. The very next day, they tried to pull it again. There was no email, no call, nothing to let me know this happened in the meantime. Because they tried twice in a row, between them and the other bank, I was charged 100 dollars in bank fees. Crooks. Go elsewhere.

Applied for a loan and was told 30min to know if I'm approved. 6 hours later just to tell me no. I told them my two credit scores I have on credit karma. They proceeded to say on the phone that I said my score was higher than it really was. I said no, I gave you my two credit scores and I also tried showing him my scores and he said no earlier when I was applying. I get paid every Friday and pay my bills on time. Feeling a little upset.

Had enjoyed FNBO since I was 18. Fast forward a decade and I’m now soon switching my banks for the first time. For a few reasons that I’ve experienced the last few months. I’m not sure if new policies or procedures were implemented the last 3 months oppose to last 10 years, but not only has the customer service support line is a horrible experience every time lately due to the agent(s) having immense attitude, disrespect and no willingness to help. On top of the way they process transactions must have changed as I randomly keep getting hit with overdraft charges although my account gets decent-sum deposits every day..

Happy Customer been using the bank for along time and am happy with it, but your commercials on the History Channel App are twice as loud as the program or any other commercial. Since your commercials play all the time it’s extremely annoying.

I agree with the previous reviewer, Tim. This is a good bank, but the darn FNBO commercials on the History Channel app scare the heck out of me every time. Hard to watch my programs with that jolt of noise every few minutes. I can only give four stars for this reason.
